Gaggia Classic Pro - with a small modification to the pressure output (lowering to 11bar), along with some other little mods along the way will put perform a lot of machines in its price range.

Eureka Mignon Specialita. A great grinder, can grind for espresso and drip.

There are so many combinations of grinder and machine though.
The thing I like about Gaggia is the standard size portafilter and it's ability to be tweaked.
Dual boiler and eureka mignon for my vote.
They aren't really comparable imo, of course you can spend more money and end up with a better shot, but this isn't the point of this product. It automates a lot of the tasks and provides guidance on producing the best shot it can.

I love my coffee and have owned a few machines over the years - including separate coffee machine and grinder combinations.
I purchased this machine 3 months ago and it's been a game changer for us. Looks great on the bench, leaves next to no mess and suits the entire family. The auto frothing capability is amazing for my wife.
Same for me, this is our first real machine after moving on from pods, it has got me into coffee and like you said no mess is great. The auto frothing is something we wanted as well, and the cleaning after milk is great.
Look I don't know much about this machine but I'm simply gonna assume a regular old Breville DB + eureka mignon is better buying
