Minoura Kagura direct drive smart trainer for $560 with free delivery.
Haven't tried these myself, but you'd be hard pressed to find a smart trainer for less than this.
Cheaper than AliExpress smart trainers once adding in shipping.

      I'd say Jet black are a budget brand. Minoura actually makes decent trainers (they've been doing it for years). I had a jetblack trainer, it works well, but after upgrading to a tacx flux it became apparent they were made to a budget.
