      • Probably at least a m.2 nvme 2TB SSD of some description when the price is right (coming down quickly in recent months), Cocobella coconut water (Ozbargain favourites) when the deal returns when I'm running low, perhaps a RAM for my NAS. I bought various gadgets (e.g. hand warmers, screen protector, travel adaptors, etc) in recent months, so is likely to continue buying stuff as the need arise. Also when they discount other gift cards (e.g. 10% off Ulitmate Everyone in Feb this year), you can use these discounted gift cards to gain further discount buying those card (which makes it 19% off), which I did :-). I have also given them out as gift before.

    coles should be sued for this type of sell events …. they should have website where people has to sign in first … i am still waiting for customer services for the card they charged, never delivered and told me transaction failed so how on earth they charged on my card ?

    It's the banks that are blocking the transactions
    After several payment failures I got a call from fraud department and they unblocked the card.

          Depends on the bank. Just because your bank is blocking it, doesn't mean others are in the same situation. Maybe mention your bank so others with the same bank as you can do the same?

    • I also received a call from a lady at BankWest credit card fraud team about 1.5 hours after my failed transaction, she said they had put a hold/block on my card, after she verified my name and address, she asked if it was me that attempted to spend $900 at Coles Group this morning, I confirmed it was me and she said she will remove the hold/block on my card. So not sure if it was the bank or the giftcards website that blocked my transaction this morning.

  • Was able to order first time without any issue using my Citibank Rewards credit card. It took a bit of time for the payment verification page to appear but I was patient and didn't try clicking on confirm payment button again. Got the confirmation email immediately as well.

    Tried multiple browsers, multiple cards, nothing. On hold for 30 mins now. After a few minutes I got the on hold message - expected wait time - 1 minute - over 25 minutes later, nothing. As a Coles Myer company, you'd think they'd have their shit together.

      My time is more precious than the 10% off so I stopped trying. I had to call customer support to get a refund, which will take a few days. I don't want to go through this shit again.
