Do you sell the battery charger? Cat ate through the cable.
We don't have it. But just googled it there are some other sellers selling the charger
$79 for a battery or $130 for the whole vacuum. decisions decisions.
Where can I grab a spare for $130? 😲
at that price you are better of buying the the whole new Viomi A9 vacuum, battery and charger which sell for around $150 when on sale…
a whole new device takes more space when you actually only need a spare battery.
But you also get a new tube and new heads at the same time. The vacuum head does get worn over time and tangle with things, so it might be "better value" if that case applies to you.
My plan is getting a new vacuum every 2 years or till the battery eventually kicks the bucket. chances are there are other components will need to be replaced as many have pointed out here before. at this price or worse the RRP is a tough sell.
Damnit, I'm too slow..
I had a terrible warranty repair experience with these guys. Although i would like to support smaller businesses I would spend a bit more and get from a more reputable seller like Amazon.
