Okay, here's my first post in the community.

Normally I got nothing much to post but today I was looking at Dan Murphy's online and spotted this ouzo. Great reviews online and it was suspiciously cheap.

So I went down to my local Dan's about 2 mins down the road and had a look. It was $53.99 on the shelf. I thought to myself "Ah well I'm here and feel like Ouzo. May as well get it." It's about the same price for all the other ouzo's from Greece.

Lo and behold the item scanned for the price advertised online. It's not on special. It's not on clearance. It's about $53 to $55 elsewhere on other liquor store sites.

Could be a pricing mistake??? Either way, if you wanted cheap good imported ouzo this one is pretty darn good. Sipping it right now as I type this, although I should go mix it with some water :D

          Airfare cost kills the deal for me…

          Stock up… This is the best ouzo.

            Spirits are just crazy expensive these days. This price just stands out like crazy!

            Ok I'll delete this post cos I doubt it's going to help too many other people unless they live in my suburb!

  Being a Lesbian myself if i didnt drink this it would prob bring shame to my family.

  There are some other ones made in Mytilene and surrounds which are much more highly regarded to this (which i tried as last time i was back there) but i havent been able to find any in Australia.

  Around $15 AUD a bottle in Greece. The import mark up is crazy! Great ouzo though
