      Best thing i did was convert it to essential before they introduced monthly fee.

            so no monthly fee before? and they didn't charge you even though its $9 for new subscribers?

            damm wish i got onto this before then! i've got the discovery amex which is no annual fee but looks like ou get more benefits with this essential card

              @prankster: Yeah but it was years back. Was fed up with paying $199 fee for $200 travel credit unable to be used for over 2 year because of covid.

              Eventually got the annual fees refunded that were paid during covid period

                even with the essential card, doesn't look like they give you any travel credit when you sign up

    This only appeared on my primary platinum card. Does anyone recall that Dan Murphy sells the Woolworths Group gift card (that can be used at Woolies)?
