  DisplayPort cables are the most finicky things.
  Even the brands they sell in store (Comsol) are usually manufactured incorrectly and provide power to the wrong pin (20).
  I have had two times now where a DisplayPort cable stopped my PC from either booting or displaying any image at all across two different graphics cards.
  I picked up a vesa certified cable off Amazon and it works perfectly.
  I’m not sure if I’d bother with a Temu cable.
