  • Interesting. Does anyone know how this compares with the likes of Gooloo? And warranty?

    • I have Gooloo one from a few years ago purchased from Amazon. This one seems like missing "BOOST" button.

    • Shit in comparison, just look at engine size it's compatible with and the low cranking amps.

      • Is 500A the cranking amps?

My car uses 650CCA (or 700CCA at 0degC) so I'm guessing this wouldn't cut the mustard?

        • Not alone maybe, but in conjunction with a battery that is just a little flat it might work

    • Gooloo seems to be atleast 3x the price if that helps haha

  • Can I use it as a battery charger for car battery also?

    • Probably not. My gooloo says not to use it for this purpose - also when connected the battery drains fast on the gooloo

  • Lifetime warranty, life is short.

I used my gooloo after three years two days ago, and my dad used his yesterday after I bought it for him about 18 months ago. Both worked no problem.

My gooloo is 20,000 watts which means it's bigger, but as I keep it in the spare tyre it doesn't really matter.

The worst thing about gooloo is the name lol

  • When the price is only $46 without coupon, and everyday up to apparently $58 full price, how is the Alie price of $86 even relevant other than FOMO? Besides, paying $86 would get a way better unit in a different league to this.

Could it be something to do with shipping battery which ups the costs?

  • Would this be safe (or even possible) to jump start a modern Vespa scooter 150cc battery?
