would these work for a nintendo switch>?

    • Yep. I’ve got one in a switch. The 128GB. The sped exceeds recommendations.

      • +1

        I put 512gb on mine

        • -2

Yes, more space to store your pile of shame from all the amazing sales on the Nintendo eshop recently…

@brotherfranciz: Nope mine is hacked switch..

            • +1

@CyberMurning: I'm thinking of getting a 512gb as for exactly the same reason haha

              • +1

@ForbiddenCouponJutsu: If now you are using 128 and feel that is not enough, dont get 256.. soon you will need more space. Skip and buy 512.

                • @CyberMurning: Legitimately just went to tgg to get a 512gb SD card and price best with this, but they only had the 256gb in stock.
Left it as you are right, 256 ain't enough haha

            • @CyberMurning: Yup. Between an emuMMC and easy access to a shop on the device, you'll burn through that 512gb veeery fast.

            • @CyberMurning: How many games do you have installed?

              • @sween64: dont know. not full yet. but a lot.
a bit busy to play it nowadays

Yes. For anyone wondering, cards like the EVO Plus are the ones to get for the Switch, not the specialised Endurance type cards. EVO Plus are general purpose cards which perform better and are faster than Endurance cards, and they're generally cheaper too.

  • Any price match at OW available ?

    thanks OP

  • Do they even have stock on hand?
Bought a 128GB and a 512GB from https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/781526 nearly 2 weeks ago and neither have even been posted yet.
With comments mentioning horrible/3weeks+ to receive theirs from other deals, if you need it very soon, probably avoid.
I don't mind waiting so I'm not too fussed about it

    • Duh… any… as long your wallet allows

  • Bloody hell, I buy the 64gb a couple of weeks ago $10 and then it further sale $8 and now you can get it for $6 what’s my luck

    • Averaging down is an investing strategy that involves a stock owner purchasing additional shares of a previously initiated investment after the price has dropped. The result of this second purchase is a decrease in the average price at which the investor purchased the stock. It may be contrasted with averaging up

    Lol so much fail.
I purchased the 256 for 26….forgot to add the coupon.

  • anyone have their card shipped yet?

  • Has been 6 business days so far and no email about shipping. Not in a hurry or anything but 2-3 weeks as people have mentioned seems excessive.
Confirmation email of order says shipping should be 4-6 days.
