Just an FYI for anyone buy this one it’s a Lemon , bought it from Costco 2-3 year ago and has been repaired from Samsung three times , with multiple issues with the motherboard/circuits .

Don't get me started….. I had one nightmare of an experience when I ordered a dryer from them last year.
I reckon I called their customer line over 20 times over a period of 4-5 months. Got fed up and followed up with my bank for a charge back in the end.
I purchased two heat pump dryers from a recent Ozbargain post. Samsung cancelled the order 2 weeks after purchase, was told refund will take up to 6 weeks.
Was supplied a discount code to purchase another dryer, which I did. On the day the second order was delivered, they tried to deliver one dryer from the first (cancelled) order and the dryer from the second order, with no delivery paperwork at all.
Still waiting for refund, not looking forward to the shit fight that will undoubtedly ensue.

I will never buy any home appliances from Samsung after my last run in with them. Bought a pair of washing machine and dryer in April 2022. Was scheduled for delivery 5 times and each time nothing came. When I contact Samsung they said to call the courier. When I rung the courier they said Samsung didn't give them the machines and to call them. I went back and forth over 20 times in the span of 6 months, all for nothing.
In the end I had to request a refund through Samsung instead of my bank because it's been more than the 3 months charge back period. It took them another 3 months to give me a refund.
It was a horrible experience and I will never buy any appliances from Samsung ever again.
Count your blessings, one front loader washing machine and two fridge/freezers later I wish they were never delivered. I swore never to let another Samsung appliance cross my doorstep even if it was free.
