Welcome to the ultimate guide of Xbox Game Pass subscriptions!

IMPORTANT UPDATE 26 JULY 2023:

OlduBil: "Transfers from foreign bank accounts to our bank accounts in Turkey are not possible".

  • OlduBil is no longer accepting deposits/transfers from foreign bank accounts. Please DO NOT make any transfers into OlduBil (i.e. your Türkiye Mastercard) until further notice!

  • If you already have the funds in OlduBil from a previous transfer, you are free to use it for anything. For those wanting to top up your Türkiye Mastercard, please DO NOT initiate any transfers into OlduBil from Wise or Revolut until I have a new update

  • This deal is expired and is effectively over at this point in time. Every transfer done is at your own risk!

18/07/23: OlduBil has increased their top-up fees to 9.3% (up from 6.25%) stating "Dear customer, our global operations cost increased due to high inflation rate in Turkish Lira. In order to continue the service we provide you we had to change our top-up commission to 9,3%. We appreciate your understanding and support."

Updates:

  • 26/06/23 11:40pm - Turkish Lira have crashed even more, so I've corrected all prices in this guide!
  • 26/06/23 11:40pm - Fixed the incorrect plan total amount, thanks to @6wolfy9
  • 27/06/23 1:30pm - Due to the sudden and large number of transfers from you guys, Wise is now giving a transfer date of 3rd July. Please avoid Wise if you can and go the Revolut route. I can confirm Revolut transfers are much faster within minutes (or hours at the latest). For those who have already initiated a transfer via Wise, feel free to cancel the transfer (or let it send anyway in case you want to buy cheap Turkey products and services or sign up to other cheap Turkey subs) and go to Revolut.
  • 28/06/23 1:00pm - Due to a public holiday in Turkey from 27 June to 1st July (Kurban Bayrami Holiday), all transfers are delayed until Monday 3rd July. Please keep this in mind when making a transfer. - thanks to @netsurfer
  • 03/07/23 2:00am - Edited method, I'm so sorry for making all of you pay for an extra month for no reason for the 36 months plan. Please forgive me.
  • 04/07/23 6:30pm - Microsoft must have caught on, and are blocking OlduBil Virtual cards due to security issues (good fraud prevention). This is an easy fix, and THIS DEAL IS STILL WELL AND ALIVE! Here's what you need to do:
    • Log on microsoft, then go to Contact Us. Click "Contact us" to bring up the 'Contact us' window. For the first dropdown field "What are you having trouble with", select "Subscriptions and Billing". For the second dropdown field "What's the issue", select "I need help purchasing content". For the third field "Describe your issue", man up and say something. Click "Next" > "See contact options" > "Chat online" then you'll be connected with an agent instantly. Tell them you are not able to add your credit card and ask if there's a problem on your MS account. If they ask ridiculous questions, pretend it's all working fine and start a new chat.

Credits to @Scrooge McDeal, who suggested I make a guide on this awesome ALL TIME LOW deal! And you probably know me by now - if I make a guide, best believe it's gonna be good (let me know if someone else can do it better pls). Like Netflix and Disney Plus and literally every guide I've made, I spent a chunk of money out of generosity to test the current validity of this method (I tested transfers from Wise into OlduBil) as well as annotating screenshots throughout the sign-up process (see screenshots in the instructions section). From this testing, I believe this opens a new doorway to a variety of insane deals and prices we weren't able to previously obtain. Please show some love and any comments, concerns, suggestions or feedback are welcome :)

Modern problems require modern solutions. Like Youtube, Netflix, Discord, Google One, Microsoft 365, relocating (virtually of course) to Turkey is usually the best option, with some methods saving hundreds or thousands of dollars each year added up.

The processes below are very easy, just take it slow and you'll get there! Just remember you'll be saving hundreds at the end of the day. The 14 month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate plan will cost ₺374,94 TL ($21.64 AUD, or $1.55/mth) and the 36 month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate plan will cost ₺1034,72 TL ($59.68 AUD, or $1.66/mth). Note that despite the long term 36 month plan has a higher $/mth, it works out cheaper because if you signed up to 14 months, you'll be paying almost 3 times higher if you want to extend at the end of the 14th month.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • No VPN required
  • You must have no current subscriptions

Part 2a - Topping up your OlduBil Virtual Turkish Mastercard with Wise (App or Web)

Wise fee: ~A$2.13, OlduBil fee: 6.25% of transfer (~A$4.35 for a ₺1200 TL transfer)

Update: 28/06/23 1:00pm - **Due to a public holiday in Turkey from 27 June to 1st July (Kurban Bayrami Holiday), all transfers are delayed until Monday 3rd July. Please keep this in mind when making a transfer.

  1. Log in or create an account on Wise. You can use the Wise website, or the Wise app on the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android).

  2. Top up Australian Dollars (AUD) into your Wise account (at least $30 AUD for the 14 month plan, $75 for the 36 month plan but no more than $160 because OlduBil allows a maximum deposit of ₺2750,00 TL ≈ A$160 per month). You can add Australian Dollars (AUD) into your Wise account via PayID (instant, no fee), POLi (instant, $1.18 AUD fee) or Manual Bank Transfer (business days only, no fee).

  3. Convert your Australian Dollars (AUD) to Turkish Lira (TRY). This conversion should be instant. To do this, click onto "Australian Dollar", then "Convert", then select AUD → TRY and type in the amount you wish to convert and press "continue" then "convert". Wise charges a 1.07% fee for AUD-TRY conversions.

  4. Send your newly converted Turkish Lira to your OlduBil Virtual Turkish Mastercard. To do this, click onto "Turkish Lira", then "Send", then select "Same currency". Enter the amount of Turkish Lira you wish to transfer (Note: Wise charges a ₺24.34 TL flat fee for a single transfer, so this fee will be added onto the amount you enter). Click "continue", then "New contact", then "Someone else". On this page, leave the "their email" box empty, and tick "I know their bank details". For the "Full name of the account holder" field, type in "TURK ELEKTRONIK PARA A.S." and for the "IBAN" field, type in the IBAN you wrote down in Part 1 Step 3 ~~. Continue and in the "Review transfer details" section (see screenshot), double check everything is correct and then for the "Reference for TURK" field, you must type in your OlduBil Virtual Turkish Mastercard number (without spaces). Tick the confirmation box and then "Confirm and send". This transfer will only be initiated during normal Turkey business hours and takes around 10 minutes on Wise's end. My transfer took 2 hours to land into my OlduBil account.

Note: Make sure you only transfer the amount you actually need to pay for your subscription (add a few dollars extra in case due to currency fluctuations) because due to regulations, OlduBil does not allow withdrawals unless you originally signed up with a Turkey phone number.

Part 2b - Topping up your OlduBil Virtual Turkish Mastercard with Revolut (App only)

Revolut fee: ~A$1.79, OlduBil fee: 6.25% of transfer (~A$4.35 for a ₺1200 TL transfer)

Update: 28/06/23 1:00pm - **Due to a public holiday in Turkey from 27 June to 1st July (Kurban Bayrami Holiday), all transfers are delayed until Monday 3rd July. Please keep this in mind when making a transfer.

  1. Download the Revolut app on the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) if you don't already have it installed.

  2. Open the app and log in or create an account (if you don't have it already).

  3. Top up Australian Dollars (AUD) into your Revolut account (at least $30 AUD for the 14 month plan, $75 for the 36 month plan but no more than $160 because OlduBil allows a maximum deposit of ₺2750,00 TL ≈ A$160 per month). You can add Australian Dollars (AUD) into your Revolut account via a debit/credit card (instant, no fee), Apple Pay (instant, no fee), Google Pay (instant, no fee) or Manual Bank Transfer (usually instant, no fee).

  4. Convert your Australian Dollars (AUD) to Turkish Lira (TRY). This conversion should be instant. To do this, select "Australian Dollar", then "Exchange", then select AUD → TRY and type in the amount you wish to convert and press "Review order" then "Sell AUD for TRY". Revolut charges no fee for currency conversions.

  5. Send your newly converted Turkish Lira to your OlduBil Virtual Turkish Mastercard. To do this, go to the buttom tabs of the app and click onto "Transfer", then "+ New" (top right corner), then select "Send International". Scroll down and select "Türkiye" as the destination. Enter the amount of Turkish Lira you wish to transfer (Note: Revolut charges a ₺30.15 TL flat fee for a single transfer, so this fee will be added onto the amount you enter). For the transer method, select "Bank Account" (this is probably default anyway). For the Reference field, you must type in your OlduBil Virtual Turkish Mastercard number (without spaces). Click "Continue", then on the "Who to pay" page, tap "+ New" (top right corner). Select the "Business" tab. For the IBAN field, type in the IBAN you wrote down in Part 1 Step 3 ~~. For the BIC/SWIFT field, type in the BIC code you wrote down in Part 1 Step 3 ~~. For the "Company name", type in "TURK ELEKTRONIK PARA A.S." and ignore the email field. Press "Add the recipient" then on the following page, enter the VakıfBank address (the one from Part 1 Step 3) and review the transfer and estimated arrival, then send it off to Turkey :))

HELP POINT using VakıfBank: TBC but very similar to Aktifbank (just different bank information) see above screenshots for process

Note: Make sure you only transfer the amount you actually need to pay for your subscription (add a few dollars extra in case due to currency fluctuations) because due to regulations, OlduBil does not allow withdrawals unless you originally signed up with a Turkey phone number.

          • @I Smell Pennies: It appears new subscription (and I am guessing elapsed subscription as well) gets flat 3:2 (Gold) or 4:3 (GamePass Console) conversion to Ultimate.

  • Anyone got any solutions as of now to transfer to our OlduBil accounts?

  • You should mark this as expired for now. I did this last night when Aftibank was still an option on the app, the transaction is marked as complete in Revolut but the funds haven't made it through to my Oldubil card, so they're just lost and I have no way of getting them back. Lost $50 on this.

    • +2

You should mark this as expired for now.

Check the expiry on the post. It has already been marked as expired at 7am yesterday 06/07/2023.

I did this last night when Aftibank was still an option on the app

You proceeded to make the transfer when the deal was already expired, so you made a risk. Let’s see how it goes, and email OlduBil if you have to. I hope you do get your money. Keep me updated.

      • Apologies, it wasn't expired when I had opened the page, must not have refreshed.

  • Update on my Cloud gaming issue (Not working on Samsung TV/Android)

So i thought id try my luck and get in contact with Microsft Support, and explain the situation. It took a couple of days of convincing and asking them to change my Subscription Region from Turkey to Australia. At first they said i would need to request a refund and purchase it again via the Australian Site, i mentioned that it wasnt feasible as the the pricing would be significantly diffrent —- This was done via chat and an escalated ticket to a seperate team.

Eventually i decide to call Microsoft support mentioning the previous tickets refrence number and the person over the phone change my region right away.

I can now use Cloud gaming across all devices :)

If you have similar issue, i recommend giving support a call.

    Thanks I Smell Pennies!

    • How do you use Cloud gaming on Android TV? Do you just download the Xbox app on TV and log in to play cloud gaming?

      • I use it on my Samsung TV. They have a dedicated XBOX app.

    • Thanks for that update!

Any particular reason why MS had to be contacted?

I did come across this guide…
      https://support.xbox.com/en-AU/help/account-profile/manage-a…

      Need a console maybe?

      • I didn't have a Xbox to try anything,
I did try the steps on my computer you send prior to contacting Microsoft but my "Account" was already set to Australia so i couldnt do anything. I believe it was something on the backend where my Subscription region was set to Tureky

        • Thanks

  • @I Smell Pennies, I transferred before you posted about aktifbank not in the list which I did notice but went ahead anyway, the money has been transferred but not in my oldubil account, any idea how should I go ahead with this? I will try contacting them about this

    • Hey mate - same situation for me, I emailed them attaching the confirmation from Revolut and their response isn’t very inspiring. “This amount is not in our side, please you contact with your bank.” Hopefully the funds will magically appear at some point down the track

      • Revolut appears to be using SWIFT transfer system. However, there is likely another bank that Revolut uses to do Turkey currency transfer for Revolut. Not sure whether it helps to get information about that bank.

Revolut -> Bank assisting Turkey based transfer -> AktifBank -> OlduBil

      • I wonder if they will provide us their bank statement that they didn't receive the money transfer. This way we can get our fund back from the revolut/wise, as they can dispute this.

        • From the SWIFT MT103 PDF, it appears to indicate Revolut using SWIFT to send to AktifBank without an intermediary. Both Revolut and OlduBil are basically implying check with AktifBank to get a please explain.

          • @netsurfer: I emailed aktifbank for confirmation! Gotta get back my hard earn money.

            • +1

@chiesel21: Please keep us posted, I'm in the same situation.

              • @HeyItsJono: I got my money in my oldubil now! Haven't received any response from both oldubil or aktifbank tho.

                • @chiesel21: Good news! When did you transfer? Revolut or wise?

                  • @SmashedMango: Used wise, yesterday at around 12pm, scheduled to arrived at 4pm and 4.10pm in the bank according to wise.
Best way I think to contact aktitbank and provide the receipt. They will sort it out and get the money on the move. They might not necessarily reply. Cos I got the fund 2 hours after I emailed them.

                    • @chiesel21: If you don't mind, is it the contact form on Aktifbank website, and did you use English? Thank you

            • @chiesel21: @chiesel21

What email address or email form did you use to email Aktifbank?

I have looked on their web site, https://www.aktifbank.com.tr/en/about-us/contact-us/customer…

I cannot see an email address or form on there at all….

              • @TheCandyMan2020: yeah contact form. Here is the category to choose, the rest you can google translate as I did.

                Edit 1:
                - put '0' on the phone no and passport and you good to go, also don't forget to attached the receipt from wise/revolut.

                • @chiesel21: Thanks for the update, glad you got your money. Annoyingly their file upload isn't working, it just keeps giving me "Empty File upload result" so I can't attach my receipt. Hopefully it still works…

  • wondering if there’s anything i can do? i transferred to Aktifbank around 4pm yesterday before the thread was updated/changed to expired. is my $50 essentially lost or does it eventually bounce back?

    • We'll have to wait and see. Email OlduBil if you can to enquire if you need to.

Last time it took 1 week for my transfer to arrive (but mostly due to public holiday). Unfortunately, I have some bad news for people:

Did a new test transfer 2 hours ago. Though, please bear in mind Wise indicated the transfer will only start at 4PM Sydney time (9AM Turkey time). Transfer to Wise's intermediate bank (Birleşik Ödeme Hizmetleri) done by 4:10 PM. OlduBil has now added it to my account (5:16 PM). PIcked türkiye iş bankası as Aktifbank is no longer accepted.

Wise 4:06 PM -> (Birleşik Ödeme Hizmetleri ve Elektronik Para A.S) 4:10 PM -> türkiye iş bankası (to OlduBil's account) -> OlduBil 5:16 PM

However, please consider this being best case scenario, get the transfer done early Morning Turkey time.

My wise transfer just went through with VakıfBank (IBAN: TR38 0001 5001 5800 7302 9638 73, started transfer today at 4:08pm). Took ~2hrs to get to Olubil app.

    • thats awesome. thanks for taking the gamble. how much fees did they charge?

    • Thanks done this and it went through within 15mins :)

  • Do you reckon these alt banks will also work with Revolut?

    • +1

I assume it will, mostly you only need IBAN (think about how Wise does it)

    • Wise is easier. You don't need to enter SWIFT BIC code and bank address. Furthermore, Wise seems to have Birleşik Ödeme Hizmetleri perform some sort of bank transfer in Turkey. It's just Wise perform / initiate these transfers during Turkey business hours.

The switch to use Revolut happened because we weren't aware of the public holiday so we couldn't understand why Wise just wouldn't transfer the money the day before the holiday and more importantly, quoted an ETA after the public holiday. Revolut appear to send the money using SWIFT system. After the public holiday, people who used Wise got their money through faster than people who went the Revolut path.

Testing is now complete, and all test transfers are successful via VakıfBank. DO NOT use Aktifbank until further notice. Please see updated instructions on this post to transfer into OlduBil. OlduBil remains the best free Virtual Turkey Mastercard provider.

    • Hey mate. Entered the details for the new bank and it comes with an error message when adding address.

      "Region contains unsupported characters".

Any ideas? I copied what you wrote.
      Thanks.

      • Fixed this by removing the punctuation. Found a reddit thread with the same issue and this apparently solved it for a guy.

      • +1

        @asian bargain hunter @Mully04
I just tested it and found out if you get the error, remove the punctuations and it will let you proceed. Then if you want, you can click back and re-edit to include the punctuations and it will still let you proceed as if the error never existed in the first place

I actually just removed the : between No 7 and it allowed me to process the transaction. Im just hoping it will actually be receieved in Oldubil. How long does it take to receiev in oldubil from revolut

          • +1

@asian bargain hunter: I don’t think the address matter way too much. So don’t stress

            • @I Smell Pennies: How long did it take to transfer from wise for you? From comments i see alot of people get the transfer complete and received in oldubil in like minutes. My account in wise is still showing pending transfer

              • @asian bargain hunter: If you do after after the time they start sitting down in office, then it’s minutes. If you transfer before 4-5pm, then the wait time is simply the difference

Anxiously following conversation, also did Aktifbank yesterday and hoping that all of us will get the lira successfully transferred

    • In the same boat, keep us posted if anything changes for you.

      • How many people are in this situation? I'm assuming all of them used Revolut, which uses the SWIFT system for international transfers. Personally, I have never had a SWIFT transfer completed on the same day (and that's before trying this deal). Due to the public holiday in Turkey, my experience on Revolut's transfer is inaccurate (took 1 week). Normally, it is 1 to 2 business days for SWIFT, but officially, it is 1 to 4 working days.

If there is anyone who used Wise (which doesn't appear to use SWIFT based transfers; seems to be using something more like interbank transfers) yesterday to Aktifbank and also yet to receive the Turkish Lira in Oldubil, it would be good if one of them posts a message here. Any such example of that would indicate it is Aktifbank that's slow. I still feel and hope it is a SWIFT delay (which will be sorted, can only wait for the time being).

        • I made two payments, one as the guide said which was incorrect and another as the assistance of OlduBil suggested to me which by the way is very bad. Now I have to wait I hope to receive the refund

      • Not sure if it helps, but for me it reversed automatically before the 5 business day period is up. Hope it goes well for you.

        • Mine has passed 5 days and I'm still waiting :(

Great success using VakıfBank. Transfer from wise only took approx 2 mins. And bought something from Xbox turkey store page no problems.

    • Yes, Wise is simple, easy and fast.

Just checking in to say thank you. Applied this a few days ago.

Signed up for a new Turkish Microsoft account just for gamepass. Didn't want to risk my main. After following the trick to add my Virtual Turkish Mastercard via the Microsoft Account Payment page first, all the purchases went through great.

Then, I used my Aussie Google Play Store account to install XBox Game Pass on my Android phone. Logged in with my Turkish account and I can just tap Play to cloud stream.

    Awesome, thank you!

Thanks for your support! Enjoy :)

  • Una domanda per quelli come che fino a stamattina hanno fatto il pagamento all vecchio iban i soldi ricevuti andranno persi o li avremo indietro?
E il tempo di trasferimento con il nuovo iban quanto tempo ci vuole ?
    Io uso Revolut

A question for those who until this morning made the payment to the old iban, will the money received be lost or will we get it back?
And the transfer time with the new iban how long does it take?
    I use Revolut

    • Chances are it's lost (based on gut feeling and the fact Oldubil and Revolut support have both been useless) unfortunately. But time will tell.

I dunno about Revolut but using Wise I managed to send money from NAB -> Wise -> Vakif -> Oldubill in about 10 minutes start to finish.

      • Money doesn't get lost

        it's either:
        a) sitting in an Oldubil account at Aktifbank waiting for them to action it; or
        b) Oldubil have taken the money from their account at Aktifbank and are not acknowledging do so; or
        c) if that account Oldubil account at Aktifbank is now closed it will eventually be sent back to Revolut minus a fee (or two)

Pretty dodgy they removed Akifbank from their list of accepted depositors. I am assuming that was at Aktifbank's request after they got smashed last week…..

        • I'm aware. I didn't mean lost in a literal sense, but I reckon I won't be getting it back so net result is the same.

If I'm wrong and it manages to get back to me then that's a bonus lol.

          • @kaneoriley: Fair enough. You could be right.

Email for oldubil is '[email protected]'

Not sure email for Aktifbank (no web form i can see and no posted email).

            • @TheCandyMan2020: Yeah I emailed Oldubil and got the "talk to your bank", which was also Revoluts response. Had a brief look into contacting Aktifbank and found the contact form, if that doesn't work I'm not wasting any more time on it.

              Form was here: https://www.aktifbank.com.tr/en/about-us/contact-us/contact-…

              • @kaneoriley: I can understand that response from Revolut.

But the account you sent to is/was under the control of Oldubil. They should be able to say at least that the account number is right but that the money isn't there.

                • @TheCandyMan2020: Yeah, try telling Oldubill that lol (as I did). Their support is useless.

At the end of the day it was $50 and it's not worth any more effort so will just see what happens.

                  • @kaneoriley: Hmmm

I dont think I want to keep a big balance at Oldubil even if the money does eventually get there….

                    • @TheCandyMan2020: Yeah nah same, I only send it there to get spent immediately, not gonna keep any sort of balance there other than whatever dust is leftover.

              • +1

@kaneoriley: @kaneoriley thanks for the web form for aktifbank. I am having trouble getting it to work though.

If you get a functioning email address for them please post it and i will message them directly with my Revolut transaction record.

                • @TheCandyMan2020: I just got the amount refunded without having to hassle anyone again so looks like justice has prevailed \o/

                  • +1

@kaneoriley: Finally got my money back, less Revolut fees, for my failed Aktifbank transaction.

Best result I could have hoped for from the position I was in.

I assume Aktifbank were the ones who closed the Oldubil account at Aktifbank - due to KYC / funding terrorism concerns…

        • My $30 from Revolut via Aktifbank didn't go thru to Oldubil either (28/6/23) . Emails to Oldubil a few days ago said they had no record of the transfer. At least I know there's a reason for it now - I thought I had stuffed up and not followed the instructions properly.

Will wait to hear if anyone knows how to get the money back, or forwarded properly to Oldubil.

          • +1

@aliam: If it is was from 28/6/23, then something has gone wrong. It is difficult to figure out what's going on:

            • Oldubil won't do much because to them, it is a matter of checking the transactions in their Aktifbank bank account and look for transactions with a reference number matching your virtual card number. If not found, they wipe their hands clean and you get the: talk to your bank response.
            • Revolut, all they did was a SWIFT transfer to Aktifbank and provide SWIFT MT103 output in a pdf so they want you to chase it up with Aktifbank.

It's a real pain when a SWIFT transfer screws up. The best case is Aktifbank perform an investigation based on the SWIFT MT103 output data in the pdf file. It was initiated during Turkey public holiday (which means they need to widen the date range in their search / investigation). If you can get something in writing from Aktifbank, then you can then contact either Revolut (if Aktifbank still hasn't received it) or Oldubil (if Aktifbank indicated money is in Oldubil with some sort of proof).

            • @netsurfer: I figure its probably lost, though I've filled in an online query. The language barrier is going to make it harder.

          • +1

@aliam: I started a trace and recall today through Revolut. They say if it doesnt come through in 5 business days then this is the next step. Waited and now cant be bothered going back and forward with Oldubil who kept giving me the same response as you are getting, "check with your bank" etc.
Person helping me out, basically told me that they have sent it through to their payments team to trace it. Would take about 24 hours for them to have a look into it etc.
So now i just wait to find out what actually happened with it and if i can get it recalled. Wasn't a massive amount but still though, everyone else had no issues but a small percentage of us did and honestly its the principal of it.

            • @duckdodgers245: I'm still stuck waiting and chasing and I noticed that they no longer have Aktifbank as a transfer option.

              • @woobeforethesun: Have to logged a trace and recall with Revolut?
Took them about 10hours to get money back, logged around 9am and by 7pm got a msg it was all returned. Lost about $2.66 probably from the transfer fees etc. But got 95% of it which I'm happy.
Revolut were a breeze to deal with, can't say much for Odubil, they were honestly useless.

      • Haven't you tried using Revolut?

        • Revolut confirmed the funds went out. I sent their PDF transfer info to Oldubil who said they dont have any record of it. So am now waiting for a repsonse from Aktifbank.

  • I've transferred to wise via payid probably 10 times now. But 1 transfer of 20 dollars still hasn't gone through from 10 hours ago, yet a 5 dollar transfer went through no problem straight after.

Checked the email address and it's correct. Any ideas guys?

Does this still work? Says 199 for 3 months for me?

    • Top of the deal says expired

      • Is it still worth signing up via Turkey or is there any other cheaper country?

        • Only you can answer that question. It's $19 a month now which is a is $684 for three years, assuming the price doesn't go up again before then.

  • Has anyone got their cash through from Aktifbank AFTER or close to the deal expiring? Just hoping I don’t have cash sitting in limbo

    • No, I sent mine on 6th July thru Aktifbank but not sure if that was the day Aktifbank option was withdrawn Oldubil. The last transfer I did on 27th June went through the same day about 5 hours later. Hopefully my funds will eventually make it - will check again from 11th July & report back.

      • Very strange. Hopefully it’s just a symptom of it being the weekend. I’ll wait a few more business days and see if the cash flows through.

      • Checked yesterday & not surprised funds still not in Oldubil. After reviewing latest comments here, I contact Revolut via chat about the transfer & my funds were immediately refunded.

        • Hi Uridotchi - what did you tell the chat agent? That transfer never credited to your account?
          Cheers.

          • +1

@Chaffix: Didn't say anything other than my transfer has not been received. The agent then sent me a link of the transaction to confirm and after that I was informed that I will be refunded & the funds were immediately in my Revolut account. Tbh, was a little surprised the refund took effect immediately as I thought it'd be a few days at least.

Since I'm finding it VERY BAD with this OlduBil, isn't there another card? I would like to be able to pay for services like Netflix, Spotify and PlayStation. Could you help me?

  • Someone like.me who is having a hard time with this cursed card?

  • So what else can we use Oldubli virtual card for? I know we have PSN and Spotify and Xbox. Anything else?

    • Disney should probably work. I’m currently using the gift card method but Oldubil should work too.

      • +1

Disney Plus works if you sign up directly with VPN and pay using the OlduBil Virtual Mastercard
