  • Best sucker.

  • This is an alternative to a chamois?

Much better than, for many applications, esp duco. I use both. Highly recommended.

I could get a 36-pack of microfibre towels (the yellow ones) from Costco for the same price. This is just 1 towel. Is it worth it?

  • Can this be bought at Supercheap store for the same price?

    • Yup, at $27.99. But if you’re going to a Supercheap store, might as well get it on their ebay store, and select a store nearest to you

      • might as well get it on their ebay store

But you can't use store credit on their ebay store, can you?

      • @BargainsGrabber
I'll do the Supercheap way since I have a store credit of 25$ given to some of us as compensations from their last fiasco.

I have never used this one; but I am super satisfied with the Supreme Drying Towel from Kmart. Costs $5 now. bought when it was $4.

  • SUCKER DRY..

  • Do you need multiple of these to fully dry a car?

    • Short answer - NO. Depends on how sealed your paint is (ie how much water sheets off after your rinse) but months after a proper "polish" the BGS does all of my Prado duco - just.

could barely dry my ceramic coated GR Yaris under the sun. the last few panels are always a struggle to dry.

For a regular sedan, or mid-sized CUV, definitely use 2.

Sheet the water off first, before attempting to dry….
(Don't just spray car down, with hose or pressure washer, rather, take nozzle off and flood/sheet the car and my 4wd easily dries in one towel.)

I can easily get my impreza dry without using a second.

  • I can recommend this

Bought one last year just to try out. Honestly, I'd used an old bath towel to dry car after wash. For hard to reach corners or nooks, I use a lawn blower

    • +3

I would never use an old towel. Asking to scratch up the paint or create swirls.

    • BGS just needs one go and dry up the car.
