I pulled the trigger on a 800 with the 15% off, been eyeing it off for aaages.
Part of me wants the flat top grill to be in 2 parts so I wouldn’t have to fiddle around when I’m reverse searing. Searing on the grates still turns out really well though on my 560
A few places in the US make mods for it to last longer too. Might be worth looking at if they’re not too expensive
Any reason you went the 800 over the 1050 (which would work out cheaper)? I've been eyeing them off for a while as well.

I tried to buy the 9% off gift card through HCF as well, but did not receive the gift card and a few hours later I received an email from their support team to let me know that there was a fulfilment error and they refunded me. Not sure why, maybe given the high value of a $2k gift card purchase?
