There is no source because it doesn't happen.
Frozen fruit stopped being packed in China many years ago when there was a bacteria issue.
Packed in Chile as above, but it had best before date of Dec 23, which explains the sharp discounting

Maybe my recollection is not great but thought all the poisoning/death issues were from frozen fruit sourced from Peru/ chilie
Avoid, most of it is just frozen strawberries.
Agree and they are terrible after being thawed. Love my berries but frozen strawberries are not welcome

Why would you thaw them? Most frozen fruit will be gross thawed.
They are meant for cooking/smoothies.

These were 1/2 price a few weeks ago, but none in stock at stores near me.
Last time I bought these, they were 90% strawberries. Still, decent value at this price.

The single berries are from South America - no half price there.
