Which model did you buy? I can’t decide more storage or cellular connectivity.
I have the 2TB iCloud+ plan so usually store most things on cloud. And thinking cellular would come in handy when travelling etc. avoid hotspotting my phone/draining phone battery.
I used to always buy cellular version with smallest storage every time for the same reason until last year I bought an iPad Pro with 512 Gb storage. It is also a cellular model but I eventually cancelled the sim service because I found myself don’t need the service anymore as everything is stored on the device, then I even cancelled iCloud.
Of course if you need to access files from multiple devices thats another story. And if you need GPS then cellular version is the only choice (wifi version doesn’t have GPS)

I just recently got Samsung Galaxy S8 plus mainly because I have a Samsung tv streaming is seamless I tried streaming from ipad to Samsung tv it is really difficult and most times don't work with a black screen and sound only. Shame apple don't make tvs like Samsung the tablet is amoled so rather comparable to ipad pro and at 12.4 quite a nice size and with microSD to 1 tb it's full of space plus it runs snapdragon 8 gen 1 which is still very efficient

Lesson: don't go and buy milk when thinking about whether to purchase or not.

Prolly because of mini led display. Here is a quick comparison between normal "liquid" retina lcd diplay and mini led display. 11" is still using the normal liquid retina, but 12.9 is using it for the 2nd time on m2 12.9.
Those that unconditionally need the higher end must unconditionally pay the premium.
Apple's gotten pretty darn good at pigeon-holing requirements halfway into the 'model above' for that $$$.

4th gen is latest for 11inch ipad
4th gen iPad Pro with an M2 SOC. The third gen iPad Pro has an M1. Not that you really notice the diff.
iPad is 10th gen.
Post title implies 512GB is Wifi + Cellular, but looks to be Wifi only based on the listing and model number.
