    I purchased one of these recently for Europe when I was there for 2 months. I had a small issue with roaming between different countries and after reaching out to Travelkon twice no no avail, once on wa and once via email. I ended up calling the direct provider of the sim which I think was 3/Voda and they sorted it out pretty quick.

    Pretty dissapointing Travelkon offered no assistance whatsoever, not even a basic response.

      No you can't if the restaurant and taxi does not have WhatsApp.

      Local call will work with some of our Europe SIMs

            @tonester: Thanks that's really helpful. Looks like Orange won't work in Switzerland which is a shame, so I'll have to investigate an alternative. I got the free 1.5GB data with Eskimo from the recent deal, which supports Switzerland, so that could patch me over! I'll just have to live with no local calls during the few days I'm there.

      The 16 days validity may be extended but we won't know until closer to the date.

      All mobile phone actually have data usage settings in built so we ask customers to please check their settings.

      In the meantime we are trying hard to bring on this feature - it us currently in testing stage with our IT.

        3. Yes you would get a number, we need to confirm whether it is Macau or Chinese number.

        4. Correct no calls available in Mainland China

    Can I mix and match different types of eSim?
    I am going to multiple asia countries for 37 days.

    I am thinking of purchasing either one of the following options

    1. Asia Explorer eSIM 13 Countries 30GB | 30 days + Asia Explorer ESIM Card 13 Countries | 1GB / Day | Data-Only | 7 Days

    How does it work in both cases?

    Is that mean I will need to first activate the 30 days esim then after it expires I then activate another 7 days / 30 days esim during my trip?
