All to save $1.51? hardly worth it

    • OP edited the post, the discount is greater the more you buy. Probably should get at least 4 to be worth it

    you can do better

  • Code not working for me :(

Are we sure these aren’t laundering scam gift cards?

    • No, Amazon egift cards.

      • As in, they are selling below cost because they didn't buy them. These could have originated from stolen credit cards or supplied by elderly Australians being scammed.

They will likely work, it's more whether these are obtained morally or thru theft etc.

        • -1

Was the materials used to make the device you're typing this on sourced ethically& morally?

          • @M00Cow: I didn't steal my phone from someone's pensioner grandmother.

            • @Jimbuscus: Good, otherwise it'd probably be a fake,.ask they weren't around when pensioner's grandmother was alive.

Anyway I guess Aldi one's that were 10% off

could have originated from stolen credit cards or supplied by elderly Australians being scammed.

Oops I supposed they were also

obtained morally or thru theft etc.

It's not working, it was displaying message that my payment is confirmed, but after some time it is saying we can't deliver the product. It asked to create a ticket,. I created a ticket. Hope they refund it otherwise I have to raise ticket in PayPal.

    It's not worth the risk

$25 Amazon Gift Card for $23.49 is 6.04% off not 8%.

Store reps shouldn't be making these kinds of mistakes.

  • Can I load up my Coles Mastercard Digital from this deal https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/778169 onto Paypal and use them to buy Amazon gift cards from Eneba?

    • +4

That card does not work on international stores and you will be charged in EUR here. It's also not worth using Paypal's own crappy conversion rate
Tip: Always use your own card's conversion when using Paypal for non-AUD currencies, assuming you have a card that does not charge international/conversion fees

      • Ah right. No deal for me then. Thanks @wangasm!

  • Now showing $25 card cost $24.50 when paying by PayPal or CC

Stay away from Ebena, i got ripped with there own internal glitch with depositing money into my account. They admitted the fault but due to there t&c a refund is not possible lol, stay away

Web page stuck on “This may take a while”. PayPal have charged the transaction money.
What I supposed to do now ? Store Rep ?

      Store Rep ?

I have observed that the rep has been online now for a while, but is choosing to ignore your issue.

      Terrible.

I've had successful transactions with Eneba before (They are known for their Xbox Live Gold codes), not sure if I'm just lucky. Also pretty rare to get more than 5% off Amazon cards at these volumes.

I bought 10 x $25 Amazon cards for final price €142.56 with Paypal, which came to AU$229.49 after my card conversion (8.2% discount).
All cards successfully redeemed on Amazon AU without any issues.

  • I added 8 and comes down to $170.xx and was thinking that's cheap and then only realised there is $13.50 fee using either CC or PP so worth the slighty better discount compare what I can get taking into account other OZ comments
    .

  • Does anyone know if it works out to be cheaper if you load funds onto their eneba wallet?

    • Not really, they still charge a fee to top up the wallet

      • Is it equivalent to what the surcharge is at checkout? Do you know?

        • It's roughly the same, a few cents less. Looks like you can't use Paypal when topping up, also seems to charge in AUD instead of EUR but I haven't tried

  • +2

Make sure you use a zero transaction fee card to pay or you won't get maximum benefit. If using PayPal, select conversion option and pay in EUR

  • A bit of a hassle but worked just fine and redeemed for better than 8% off after using no fee debit card.

  • Worked easily

  • bought 10 no problem , redeem right the way
