I was just looking at the 'Samsonite Oc2lite Extra Large 81cm Hardside Suitcase Black 27398' - but the dimensions add up to 173cm.
Qantas website says they don't accept anything larger than 158cm - so when could this particular suitcase be used?
Also any recommendations? Are these Qantas suitcases any good? - Qantas Centenary Large 75cm Hardside Suitcase Black 10075

I don't buy Samsonite any more. One Samsonite was damaged and their 10year repair warranty claim was useless. They will always claim damage was from the carrier.
Now I prefer cheaper luggage from Amazon, save over 50%. Even if it lasts only half as long, so be it.
Yeah I was looking at the Amazon ones. But couldn't turn this Samsonite down at the price.
Just find cheap delsey options. Same thing is closer to $100 all up and maybe better quality….

Lots of close to 150 / sub-150 American Tourister on eBay lately. I'd rather get Samsonite-made with 10year global warranty. Just bought one recently. My Samsonite hardcases are almost 9 yeasr old and not a single issue.
I don't have any loyalty to any suitcase brand but the 10yr warranty is useless
