I want to know why All-Bran has less fibre even with 85% Bran, when the Woolies High Fibre has more fibre but less bran (70%)

Oats are far less fibre versus Bran. I need the fibre.

Seriously, what's better if you want the high fibre? I have the Woolies Bran and add in 50-100g mixed berries.
