Are these real neon or led strips that look like neon?
The 'custom' page just says Neon.
There are ones on his site that DO say LED, but this 'deal' and his site say Neon.
At nearly $500 'original price', I'm going to be disgusted if it's just LED.
Real neon is roughly $50 per letter retail, from a shop with a store front. So if he's online only saving that cost, the price ($39 per letter) falls into the 'real neon' category.
But I remain dubious….
He has a lot of website editing to do to add 'faux' or 'neon-style-LED' if they're not real.
FAQ seems to suggest LED, not real glass tubed Neon.
"Our Neon Signs are all made from PVC Flexible Neon*."
"*In some rare cases we may use a Silicon Neon substitute depending on stock supply."

Neon is a specific type of bulb. They cant advertise "neon" and use LED.
The same way I cant sell Incandescent light bulbs and call them LED Bulbs.
Also, If LED's that $500 original price sounds inflated.
Negging because it appears to be false advertising (not convinced they're Neons).
If not, the cost for LED signs isn't a bargain (Just check alibaba)
And I feel like the Original prices are inflated.
I was staying neutral, but no reply from the Associated user looks like an Advertisement
Neon is a dying art.
Respect for still making them.
I once spent some time in a Neon sign shop, and learning how tricky it was to seal the Neon after being gassed truly gave me a respect for the craft.
