have a screenshot of the email since it says to show it to the Funsquad?

    • You have to add the code to the app and it will generate a barcode to use instore. If you click the link it shows how to redeem in the banner.

So it's an extra $20 when you load $30 or more?

I'm no mathematician but that seems worse than the normal double loads.

    This is the real deal:

    Voucher Exclusive Offer
Get a massive $200 game credit for only $80 when you redeem your PLAY20 $20 voucher. Simply head into a participating venue with your Fun App account voucher code and show our Fun Squad team at the counter to purchase and reload your Powercard with $200 game credit for only $80!

Offer only redeemable with a valid Timezone PLAY20 $20 voucher.

Opt to load $35. You will receive $45 in value ($35 + $10). Using the voucher you will pay $15 out of pocket for $45 value which is triple load value.

      • Can you use the $20 voucher on a $35 recharge in the store?

        • +1

You can only use these codes instore because it a "physical barcode" that needs to be be scanned at the registers.

      • Where does $10 come from

        • Standard bonus credit when loading.

  • This is confusing. First load $30, get $20 voucher. Then load $80+$20 voucher get 200 credit. Total spend $110, get 230 credit?

    • You don’t need to load at all - it’s simply a $20 cash voucher to use towards loading money on to your card….

    • "Get a massive $200 game credit for only $80 when you redeem your PLAY20 $20 voucher."

From my understanding after reading the site, they're offering $200 credit for $100 when using the voucher, hence bringing the total cost to $80.

Stackable with Ultimate gift cards deal do we think?

Stackable with Ultimate gift cards deal do we think?

        Ofcourse. It third party payment.

        • +1

Awesome. That means $72 for $200 credit, right?

  • How about VIC? eligible? I can see NSW get $20 voucher?

    • +1

Yep - “$20 voucher redeemable on Powercard purchases and reloads of $30 or more in-store at Timezone VIC, WA, SA, NT, and ACT venues only”

  • Im confused, is the $200 thing referring to double dollars this weekend? Or is it a separate offer

    • +1

I believe it means stack with the double dollar offer

  • My understanding

Offer1: Get the $20 for register via fun app.
Catch: After registration, have to load money $ 30 into card to get $20 activated in store only.

Offer2: After you have the $ 20 added to your card and redeemed (meaning used that $20 playing games)
Then you can load $200 for $80 in store only.

Please correct me if I am wrong

    • +1

You will be able to pay $80 to get $200 without attempting offer 1.

This is the text as seen in the app after I claimed the voucher:

      Here's Your PLAY20 $20 Voucher!
Here is a $20 voucher from us to you! Simply show this voucher to our Funsquad at your nearest participating Timezone venue to redeem. Remember to hurry in as it's not forever.
Are there any special offers to redeem my voucher with?
Yes! Get a MASSIVE $200 game credit for only $80 with the redemption of this voucher.

      Using the code:

      • Offer 1: $20 off purchase $30+ (i.e. $10 out of pocket min.) ^
      • Offer 2: $20 off $100 purchase (i.e. $80 out of pocket) for a load value of $200.

^ "Best Value" is to Opt to load $35. You will receive $45 in value ($35 + $10). Using the voucher you will pay $15 out of pocket for $45 value which is triple load value.

These promo codes can't be used in conjunction with double credit weekends. As it a "discount" and not payment.

      • load $10 gets $30 is also triple value, same as load $15 get $45. So it all comes down to how much credit you would like to get.

  • I am in VIC, we went to clayton all the time. Any other place are better then clayton, would like to bring my kids to try? Thank you.

      Eastland is amazing

    • +1

Depends how old they are. I've found Clayton are really mean with their jackpots (e.g. crossy road jackpot is like 600 hops for 500 tickets whereas at fountain gate u can hit 155 and get 1000 tickets). But if they're just there to have a bit of fun then it's good.

Eastlands Timezone is great as it is huge. There was also a cute mini bowling alley last time I went, only $6 a game (obviously better value on DD day!)

      • Eastland is the biggest in Melb and has so many games. Was there a few weeks ago and mini bowling is still there.

Nice, time to leave the kids with the missus and have a good time challenging youngsters at Tekken.

  • Has anyone claimed this yet?

I went yesterday and was told the special hasn't been loaded onto their computers so they couldn't do anything and told me to come back today.

    • I did this yesterday by coincidence but I had loaded $35 on the kiosk, it was a pain to get the $20. He ended up just handing me a $20 bill

    • Just came back from Clayton Timezone and the staffs knows nothing about it. They said it's not in their system yet too. They said they will call me back when they have sorted it out.

      • +1

I went to Clayton 2 days ago, had claimed with $80 get $200 (we can claim just once $20 off for load $35 or $80 get $200). I think we should ask more staffs not just only one. The guy helped me I think he is a supervisor.

  • Got new email - double dollars coming up this weekend.

  • Guy yesterday didn't know about the promo. Tried to tell me that it is +$20 play credit. Eventually got him to understand.

Also, used the $50 ultimate gift card currently with 10% Cashback on the SB app. So $80 payment cost me $75.

  • Can you do this At kingpin venues?
