  • Does it taste good?

    • +2

Friends of mine say these are insanely good. (For protein snacks)

    • I didn’t like it. Try one from your local colesworth. They are really really sweet and they taste artificial.

Disagree here. These are the GOAT of protein bars. More of a dark chocolate taste of regular peanut butter cups but insanely good.

      • It's the Erythritol, that taste can't be masked but it's a good sweetener. Had that experience during keto, you either like it or hate it when it comes to the flavour it adds

    • Doesnt have the usual protein taste that you get with all the other stuff. I liked the taste tbh, tastes almost similar to the reece ones

  • If the price has gone up, is it still a deal worthy of Ozbargain? Or am I missing something here?…

    • They are price matching the 1/2 price at woolies, plus you save a bit more with S&S

need to buy 12 packs though, so if you prefer less, just get them at woolies.

  • +1

they are half price at woolies this week .

  • Price has gone up a bit

    Bargain ???

    • If you subscribe and save still ends up being just over ~$2 per pack, last cheapest would've been October of last year @ $23

  • Fyi:
Quest: $2.40 (or $2.16) per 42g serve containing 196 calories, 11.3g protein (Amazon)

    Reese's: $2.30 per 42g serve containing 209 calories, 4.5g protein (woolworths)

  • The fat content tho, ouch

    • Peanuts generally have a decent amount of fat but are mostly good fats. But the other fats from other ingredients may not be that great.

      • 23% sat fat, fair bit more than peanuts contain. Those extra ingredients having an impacted on that like you mentioned

  • I’ve been having Musashi High Protein Peanut Butter Bar for my sweet snacks. Higher calories but much higher protein and lower fat. I love the taste too
