Been using mine for the last 5 years, the only vacuum in the house. The main cleaner head finally broke last year so I bought a third-party one with LED lights. My next one will likely be a Gen5.

Nah, v10 is getting old, even this is the 2022 revision, they pumped out a few versions after this.
I got in on that deal. I had bought a v6 only a few months before. The V10 was so much better.
Damn I got the absolute+ version on eBay 6 months ago for $630… well worth the money I say. Got a V11 for my mum and it seems incrementally better though!

V10 is lighter than V11 hence easier to carry around.

Ups suction from 150AW max to 185AW, ups the battery from 58Wh (screwed in) to 91Wh and hot swappable. Also has the screen to let you know remaining runtime. The V11 used to be more powerful when it had the head similar to V15 and G5 but they nerfed it as it was too close in performance to the range topping models
disagree, my parents have the V11 which i tried before we got our V10, which is lighter and much easier to use imo and only real difference is battery life besides a few gimmicks. We still manage to clean a 4 bedroom house one one battery with the V10 so carring the extra weight all the time is not warranted unless you need to use full power all the time (maybe if you have pets which shed hair?)

I've had the animal version for donkey's now and it's been just awesome. I also recently noticed that there is an adaptor you can get between a dyson and a makita battery charger to make it last longer!
