My thoughts are that for most tasks the 5600 would perform much the same as this 5700G, leaving little performance difference for $1000 more.
You are paying the branded PC tax + retail tax with this one. You can get a 3060 Ti built for less than $1k, I'm sure you wouldn't be paying much more for a 3070.
