People who bought it before could highly recommend it. If your tap washers wear out too quickly, these ceramic disc taps may help.

I wondered the same thing
Any basin mixers
Remember to test the depth of the tap before installing. It may fit yours but some won't fit like mine. I managed to workaround adding some depth using a washer. Works great with no leaks.
Other than that, it's a great replacement to the old taps using washers. Big improvement to the water flow and constant water temperature even with 2 bathrooms being used at the same time.
How to best check this, easily?
Removing the old taps and comparing the depth. No other way from my knowledge. They don't give out the actual spindle depth and the suitable replacement.
Thought so thanks
Buy and just return if not fitting well
thanks for that. could you please tell me what size washer you have used ? i bought one long ago, did not use due to leaking, Thanks
If it's because of the Depth of the breach piece in the wall you can buy spindle extensions.
https://www.bunnings.com.au/kinetic-28mm-ceramic-disc-spindl…
If you go to reece/tradelink/cooks etc you can get different sized extensions.
It's a very common problem for DIY. The position of the tap seat (in the the breach piece) varies significantly from one installation to another due to the original plumbing and/or the thickness of the wall/tile. As suggested above, take the existing piece out and compare it with the new one to see if it's a good fit.
I need a bigger base flange the lazy tiler cut big hole around the fittings 63 mm these cover 60mm any ideas ozbargiainers please.
Try a different style or brand. Or try to fit a Flat Cover Plate from Bunnings similar to this (https://www.bunnings.com.au/kinetic-3-4-bsp-chrome-flat-cove…) over the hole then screw the flange over the plate whose purpose is to prevent water from getting into the wall.
Thanks heaps for the info .
After a few years the chrome is peeling off mine.
can we use this for basin?
Mixer is the way to go for a basin!
Noice, thanks!
I've bought one set of these already at full price and they seemed to work great, just got 3 more sets thanks
