Anyways yes that's true you can't use it on the tab but presumably it could be used on accessories or microSD memory cards for the tab which you would buy anyway.
It's also probably the only deal around which may have stock as the tab is no longer in production it seems.
And you actually have almost 3 1/2 months to use the credit.

As long as you order online you will be fine. It does not matter whether you pick up in store or have it delivered. When your reach the payment section you will get the option whether you want to use your gift card for payment.

No, they don't have the click and collect system dick smith does. Full payment needs to be made online.
You are wrong, after you add to cart and checkout you will have the option to pick up at your local store.
But you will have to find out whether they have stock.
