First thing I noticed. Yuck - can't upgrade.
Otherwise spec is nice.
Is Ram upgradable
Quick google says no. It's soldered, but you can upgrade the SSD
https://www.xda-developers.com/upgrade-ram-storage-acer-swif….
I don't even need a laptop and would have jumped on this if it was 16GB or had an extra slot
8gb in 2023? can someone explain that to me, maybe i am missing something but that seems ridiculous
look at the apple…. lol
having 8GB of memory in 2023 is acceptable, having 8GB of soldered unupgradable memory on a laptop which cost over $1000 in 2023 is where it is ridiculous
8gb….. Would have bought this otherwise.
What a joke. The laptop is too lame to be worth having an OLED display
think 14" they are crammed for space ….. 15.6" would have had extra socket for RAM …..
8gb ram imao
