You will definitely want to hold one of these in your hands before you commit your money. When you do, flex the laptop a little and think very hard about whether it will be sturdy enough for your usage patterns.

    • "Battery life of up to 6.15 hours." Huge red flag right there. I'd stay away unless your desperate or have a very tight budget.

this one has double the RAM but a Ryzen instead of Intel for $70 cheaper.
    Thoughts?

    • Pass. Unkown store, old generation specs. It's clearance so it's going to be shit. Only use is for a cheap disposable kid's laptop for school.

    • At least based on this quick comparison website (take with small grain of salt) https://nanoreview.net/en/cpu-compare/intel-core-ultra-5-125…

The intel cpu is newer (so supports newer tech ddr5, pcie5 etc) and overall faster. So could grab another 8gb stick and be substantially better than that amd deal for only ~$100 more.

  • anyone try this yet? I cant see any reviews at all on youtube with the part number that office works has outlined. What laptop is this even called so i can check reviews?
