Not a good price, you can get ak80 65” for $160 more
Fair call, seems like S95 is better in almost every metric vs the a80k particularly for gaming but that bargain is definitely more solid.
edit: thank you for sharing that, might go back to jb and see if I can get another 10% off
Depends what you’re after, has been cheaper regularly, you want 65” 2022 stock for around this price now, maybe update your deal to the bing lee sale
TV deals of the month go to the Sony A80J 55" for ~$1200 and the LG C2 42" for $995
Where are these deals?
Seriously, I can't find them, but if there's the Sony going for that actual price I need to see it.
Expired (stock obviously did not last). I don't know who negged your comment, the pricing isn't available right now.

LG C2 42" OLED 4K TV —> https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/764279
both are now expired, but these are some of the better prices we've seen on these models
i managed to get the cs 77 for 3.5k yesterday, thinking its quite a good price going off previous ozb deals!
Impressive, enjoy !!
Which shop?
jb-hifi had to have a good chat to one of the managers, i told him what i was prepared to pay and he came back with $50 more so i couldn't say no!
@bob98: Ahh well done mate!!
@starburstyellow: ty mate! bloody keen its getting installed tomorrow
@bob98: Let me know how it goes. I'm on the fence with CS or pay for the C2/G2. Heard the CS is heavier. Might want to wall mount it on my wall and it's not brick:(
@starburstyellow: im a carpenter, if you've got normal walls you'll just have to find the timber studs. They're extremely strong and with a few beefy screws youll have no problem at all.
@bob98: I'm assuming normal walls are called plasterboards? I only just moved in to a new place, my previous house was made in 1970 and full on brick. Still feel bit scared to understand how things get held up! So much so, new house has not got even 1 painting/picture! :D
But yes I might give it a go, and organise jb for the installation. Just wonder if it's worth paying the extra to hide the wires in the back via a conduit. I'm assuming yes, hope it isn't to hard to do that.
@starburstyellow: yeah mate plasterboards and there will be framing timber or steel frame behind. any hifi person will be able to do it easily and depending on where you want your cables to run that job shouldn't be too difficult either. conduit is even easier!
@starburstyellow: Don't use JB or GG for install, I found someone on marketplace who had a business and also insurance and wallmounted my 77C1 for $150 and extra $100 for 3 HDMI 2.1 cables and ran them through the wall. JB will charge close to $500
@solidussnake: Ah right! Thanks for the tip, will have a look any locals here in Perth who can do it.
65" at this price and you got a deal haha
