All flights include 7kg carry on.
If a member of Club Jetstar, fares are $5-10 less each way.
Dates mostly Apr to June.
Had put in table of prices but my copy paste went awry and values were incorrect. Removed.

i always use jetstar and canellation only occured during covid….
i had 3 cancellation on the one flight in December.
they cancelling about 10% of their flights…
Wrong: "Jetstar recorded the highest percentage of cancellations at 6.4 per cent during the month, followed by Qantas at 4.4 per cent, QantasLink at 3.7 per cent, Virgin Australia at 3.5 per cent, Virgin Australia Regional Airlines at 2.2 per cent, and Rex Airlines at 1.7 per cent."
Spending 300% more for a flight with Qantas considering a 2% lower chance of cancellation makes sense.

Jetstar Cancellations —- 9.5%

@jv: that was a previous month.
Jetstar‘s cancellation rate (9.5 per cent) was nearly four times higher than Qantas’ at 2.5 per cent and five times higher than Virgin’s at 2 per cent.

@jv: October vs. now. What's your point?
Jetstar delayed departure last week leaving for Adelaide, then delayed departure going home. Along with the stupid announcement they make about not shifting seats, makes them the worst airline ever. Taken two flights to Bali with AirAsia in the last two months and rate them much higher than Jetstar! Very reluctant to travel Jetstar in the future.
Not taking any sides here but is it really that difficult to ask first if you can before you do.
I mean if you want to be seated together. Heres an idea how about plan for it.
Theres safety reasons why you cant just move seats.
@xoom: That is the ridicules thing is the guy did ask, was given permission then got tasered for it. Ok, I don't agree with his escalating the situation and causing disruption when asked to move. I would have complied, but certainly been very annoyed with being told YES you can sit there then NO you need to move. Traveled all over the world on numerous airlines and first time I heard an announcement was on Jetstar to not change seats.

Guess we know what to do flying jetstar yeah?
@MMM: I'm no fan of Jetstar, but it is Australian aviation guidelines, not to be out of your allocated seat during take-off and landing, the most dangerous part of flying (for identification reasons should there be an accident & load balancing), they just followed the rules but they could have explained it better, perhaps, so it didn't escalate.
GOOD Chance?
I wouldnt take those odds when betting. If 9.5% (or is it 6.4%) then that means 80.4% which is a better chance of flight not being cancelled.
Pedantic? - guess I've caught JoVid
I wouldnt take those odds when betting.
This isn't for betting though.
If you are going on a holiday with your family and taking time off work, it is a major inconvenience, frustration, cost and loss of time… Not worth the risk.
If you don't have family, and are unemployed with lots of free time, sure, go for it…
Just be sure not to switch your seat with anyone
And comply with instructions.
Instructions unclear. I want to speak…bzzzt..bzzt..don't taze me bro.

Just be sure not to switch your seat with anyone
Why? It's not as if Jetstar would taser you.
Shockingly good deal.
Too soon man. Too soon.
Shows as starting from $189 and $198 from Perth to GC and Syd for me. Anyone able to spot the cheaper ones?
Considering the other I was looking at fares Syd-Per and return as $650 odd - wouldnt this be cheaper?
Ye definitely still a decent price, but I was referring to the prices OP had in the description which they've fixed up now
"Why we hate jetstar" group on FB is a pretty good read if you're considering Jetstar flights
Hmm, great deals! But I think i would rather get tasered then fly Jetstar (wait what?)… Anyway I would recommend flying Virgn Australia or save even more and stay home.
Still I respect that some will be happy with this deal, because I think everyone knows what the product is, thanks for posting OP👍🏿
Costs more to get to the airport
Good to see flights coming down, fly all you can while the oil prices are itching to bounce back up soon
free tazing too
Jetstar's weekly rope a dope sale. Aircraft reliability is third world at best. Consumer laws here need tightening to make them get serious about customer service and duty of care. How AJ sleeps at night astounds me.
Good chance your flight will be cancelled with minimal notice and maximal inconvenience…
