I picked one of these up after the last deal, and paired it with a BRYDGE 12.3 Pro+ Wireless Keyboard, which I just realised is currently on special for $56.98 on amazon (i paid like $100). It makes a great little general purpose laptop, with a better screen than the similar specced surface laptops
The 7+ is awesome because you can upgrade the SSD. I was thinking about buying one, then I realised I had a 512gb one from when I upgraded my main laptop. It didn't take too long to swap it out, and reinstall windows 11 on the new SSD.

What made you decide to get BRYDGE 12.3 Pro+ over the original? I’m still looking to buy a keyboard, and I was considering to buy those knock offs from eBay for $50.
It has a hinge mechanism that can hold the surface just like a laptop. I use it wholey as a laptop, and I don't think the cover keyboards really work for that (not that I tested them)
I too was tossing up the thought of buying a knockoff keyboard before I found the Brydge keyboard.
For me, it was absolutely worth it.
BTW, Now i realise that the cost I quoted above for the keyboard is not amazon prime, and quotes me $35.70 for international delivery. It's still cheaper than the prime version at $152.66

@TomGum: See my revised post. after posting I realised it wasn't prime, and the prime option is a lot more expensive. Even with non-prime and shipping, it comes out cheaper that buying the prime option, and still ships from amazon US
Is the BRYDGE keyboard much heavier compared to the normal keyboards?
I have purchased an ex demo Microsoft typecover from eBay for $85 + $10 shipping. Personally I would preferred to use their official type cover rather than third party bluetooth keyboard, and paying for full price is just too expensive.
