    Ordered 1tb cream last Wednesday and was only shipped yesterday. According to startrack, should arrive tomorrow. Wait another couple of days and yours should be shipped too

    I ordered s23U 512 green with gw4 black on 22/3 around noon.

    As of 29/3 4pm received unknown tracking number on auspost app from startrack. Searching the number on Track&Trace shows delivery to be expected on 30/3. Fingers crossed 🤞

      • Yeah. I checked at 12 but it wasnt there. Then checked at 6 and it showed up on the website when i logged in. Hopefully your order comes soon.

        • checked right now and i have no packages on the app or on the website. to be fair I only made the AusPost account yesterday so I doubt they'd be pairing orders already.

      • Startrack sent me a sms in the morning of the delivery with an eta. Hope you get yours soon. There is still no update on samsungs order page. Dont trust the website.

  • To all the new S23 Ultra owners, do you feel that the colors on your new display are washed out or muted as compared to the old Samsung devices such as Fold4, S22 Ultra, etc. As I have both S23 Ultra and Fold4 at the moment, the difference between the displays is staggering.

    The new S23 Ultra display is less vibrant or punchy as compared to the "Vivid" saturated color palette that you normally see on Samsung AMOLED screens. Apparently, its common across all the S23 series this year.

    I have tried various fixes to make the screen more colorful, but its not the same.

    Just asking if other users have that same issue or not.

    • Haven't received yet but did you try someone in the the threads suggestion?:
      Under Eye Comfort Shield I turned off Enhanced comfort. That helped me quite a bit. The colors don't looked as washed out.

        yup tried that and the other fixes as well, it improves it but not much.

        Its just more noticeabe with two devices side by side, also it will take some time getting used to it. Although, I really hope that Samsung fixes or improves this via future updates.

      Ordered my green 512gb S23 Ultra, at 8.12pm today and its awaiting approval. The 256gb green S23 Ultra last night for my wife and was accepted and is now awaiting dispatch.

    I managed to apply all the discounts for a black 256gb S23 Ultra and ended up with the price most of you have received. I ordered the Galaxy Buds Live with the $250 credit and the order is currently sitting as awaiting dispatch.

    I used the Galaxy Buds as my trade in and they were valued at $1. My pair of buds has a problem with a lower sound coming out of the left ear. Currently have $1 twice as a pending charge on my card. Is it correct that if I return the buds to Asurion, they will accept the buds and cancel the pending charges or is there a risk that they will say they are not working correctly and will charge me the $2 plus a $30 or $60 fee for processing the buds?

    Just wondering if it is safer to just not send the buds and cop the $2 charge (if that is the max amount I can potentially cop)

      If you don't send the buds you will probably be hit with the same $30/60 fee later on. If you don't want the buds then I'd say try your luck at it because you will be hit with the $30/60 fee regardless.

        No I ordered last night before it expired. Think I might send the buds back then to hopefully avoid the fee they will charge. There was no mention of what the condition of the buds were before submitting the trade up.

  • I just called the online store sales support who said because I ordered an online exclusive colour (graphite) the estimated time frame from order date is 3-4 weeks.

    For the record I ordered s23u graphite 256gb w/300$ bonus code, 250$ voucher, 10% off and 50$ newsletter code on 23/03.

    Edit: I should add the previous consultant I called last night said the order is at the shipping preparation stage (and was going to be delivered today 30/03). It appears the online sales support team is not on the same page about the status of orders.

      Yes 100% it is showing as awaiting dispatch which is the 4th step of the process on the order screen

      mine went to awaiting dispatch within an hour of my order.

    • New customers' orders take more time to be approved than existing customers'. My wife's order took almost a day to be approved

      • I ordered my s21 ultra from them 2 years ago and my wifes s23 ultra was approved and invoiced straight away on Tuesday evening, however, my order done on Wednesday evening is still waiting for approval. I jumped on their chat yesterday afternoon about 4pm and was advised it would be assesed in 2 - 10 business days, so not sure its new customers orders take longer as this is the 3rd phone in 2yrs i have ordered and i seem to have triggered their stupid system. I wouldn't be surprised if my order gets cancelled. Guess i just have to play the waiting game.

          I don't think they will cancel your order. It seems Samsung is really struggling to sell their flagship

        • Nope just processing. My wifes 256 green is awaiting dispatch. I noticed on the website today that all the standard 512 colours had sold out. That might be delaying things too, especially since i snuck my order in a couple of hours before the promotion ended.

    • No I got sent a confirmation and invoice pretty much straight away. I have bought via Samsung before so maybe there was no check on me as a customer?

      Thats what it says but a few people have commented in this thread, that in the past, they werent charged for the bonus. Maybe they changed it?

      I too would like to know because I'm on the fence about what to do.

      But quite a few people got there order delivered who ordered after 20th .

      Anyways i have raised a complaint against samsung at ACCC , on lack of escalation process and no ETA for pre Pickup of order for delivery

        Samsung's customer service is kind of joke when you compare with Apple.

        Considering this S23 ultra is more expensive than iPhone 14 pro Max, you hope they provide at least 10% worth of customer service like Apple. They are hopeless, noone has a clue whats going on.

    Just got the phone! Ordered below on 22/03, funny thing is I contacted online chat yesterday asked how come it's awaiting dispatch for a week? standard reply please allow 1 to 10 days for delivery but got SMS with tracking last night got delivered this morning.

  • Mine still 'On the way' since the 27th. No tracking details provided. Contacted Startrack and no consignments under my name or address.

      • No I have not. I've contacted Samsung multiple times and they haven't told me anything other than to wait for a text message with tracking and that I'm still within the 1-10 business day delivery time post shipping. Their customer service are absolutely useless.

        • I've now been told that the NEWLY UPGRADED transitional logistics company that hand the parcel over to StarTrack still has the order but they have no way of tracking where it actually is or when it will be handed over to StarTrack.

          The customer service agent I spoke to on the phone even said they've complained to higher management about what they've actually upgraded because they've received non-stop phone calls over the last few weeks with regards to delivery complaints. They also weren't informed about the upgrades in advance.

          • @devize: yeah I contacted just then and they clarified that their logistics system upgraded from Feb28-March 12 and only started back up again on March 15, leaving a large backlog of orders

            • @OzGardian: But yet I know people who ordered as late as the 27th who received theirs already. Their system makes no sense.

              • @devize: It almost seems like they are taking the new orders and dumping them ontop of the older orders so the new ones get sent first.

    Has anyone had any success changing colour of their phone. I grabbed the green because the graphite was out of stock, but now it is instock. I called the support number & asked on chat but apparently the only way to do it is to cancel my current order and then place a new order, and i quickly shut that one down.

      • Transparent cases aren't really my thing. Im going with the Spigen Tough Armour again. Had it on my previous 2 phones and they are brilliant.

        • That is a real tough one and I was thinking about that but changed my mind to ESR kickstand case. It's a bit heavy by the way. (From a Note 20 Ultra user)

        • I bought the Spigen Liquid Air which is slim and snug.
          But i really liked the look of Ringke Fusion X Black Camo, so I have ordered that one as well.

          You do need Individual camera cutouts, not the box cutouts on some cases.

  • Maybe a dumb question but exactly where do you use the trade in codes on the page? Is it a promo code? If I goto trade in the code seems to be too long to fit in the trade in code box. What am I doing wrong?

              Issues seems to with orders made before 21st .

              I placed my order on 17th Night and its in awating dispatch since 21st
