    • LMAO. Shit has definitely gone down hill. I've ordered from Samsung before. Most of my orders came within 2-3 days. I remember requesting a repair of my Galaxy Note 3, they were so quick to collect it from my house, repaired it and deliver it back to my house.

        Looks like it , In samsung community page people are wating from 15th of march and there is one guy who dud pre order ( 16th Feb ) and his order has still not arrived

      • same, it took around a week for my Watch 5 to arrive, but the process was fine, the shipping stage was updated properly.

        hopefully they fix their issues soon

  • Mine's been 'on the way' for over a week now and still no tracking or any signs of it being delivered anytime soon.

        • Yes thats the biggest disappointment I have with samsung , Its not just about missing delayed delivery but the inability reaching out to some one at samsung to solve the issue

            @jassd: totaly agreed with you. The whole process of making, checking and tracking orders is a realy pain. It's endless transfer and sentences like "Unfortunately…," "Sorry…," "we don't…."

            I know we got good deal but that terrible customer service actually ruined everything.

              @usined: The problem is they do these deals while they know their logistics are totally f****ed. They're knowingly taking customer money despite not being able to fulfill orders in a timely manner.

              • @devize: Top that off with how many orders they are cancelling. Like why sell something if it is not in stock.

        Finally got through to someone again. He said that despite it saying its shipped on his system the S23U green and the leather case is showing as out of stock (which is what it currently shows on their website) and therefore my order hasn't actually shipped from what he's seeing on his system.

        He also said he didn't want to 'sugarcoat it' and that I should have received it by now if it had actually been shipped a week ago so something is definitely wrong.

        tldr they have no idea and nobody knows when I'll get my phone.

            @OzGardian: Would take whatever they say with a grain of salt, I don't think they have any idea. They're just going off current inventory.

          Yes I rang this afternoon and was told similar things, the guys told me they are constantly getting new stocks, but that still didn't explain how come many people ordered after me get their phones delivered and I still got nothing, also why is Samsung keep accepting orders of the green one when they are out of stock? Now we can only hope they will ship some stocks here so we can get ours soon.

    Its quite concerning if you look at there facebook comments people have not got there orders even after 5 week some even more.

    I am quite worried now as its impossible to reach any one in samsung who can actually help

    Ordered 16th saying on the way since 5 days. I will be going overseas for a month after 2 weeks. Really worried now.

  • Ordered 29th Mar, received a Startrack message today saying something will be delievered tomorrow despite Samsung tracking still showing pending dispatch… It has to be the phone as I don't have anything pending delievery recently. Fingers crossed.

      17th one is still no show .

          I just called them, they basically said wait for order until start of next week and if its not delivered by then just cancel the order.
          "They dont want us to wait this long" and would happily cancel the order. I am like WTF.

    Just check ur samsung product account. I think if they allocate product to you from your order you can see them on your product registry.

        Mine this morning was blank after the IMEI number but has recently updated to show the order number. Maybe I have been allocated a phone finally.

  • Thought I would give an update on my experience. I ordered on the 29th March the s23 Ultra 256gb Black and the Galaxy Buds Live Black Onyx. I received a email last night saying my goods are on the way and a text this morning with Startrack details. I have checked the tracking and it is on board for delivery.

        What I've noticed is that most people that have had their order marked as on the way usually get their order very quickly. So Startrak is not struggling with delivering orders. The issues seem to be with Samsung.

        • the issue is definitely with Samsung, startrack often delivers next day based on other Ozbargainers, so once you receive the text its all good

      • No didn't order anything else other than the phone and buds. It isn't showing on that link either so hopefully the tracking is for the phone and not some other online order I have made with other retailers. Would the phone be shipped from Bankstown Aerodrome?

    • interesting they didn't just add 10 business days, for me april 6th is two weeks or 10 business days from 23/03, but yours is 15 days.. maybe the dates are weirdly accurate

  • Is online exclusive model takes more time to arrive? I have ordered S23 ultra 512gb sky blue on 23rd march. Online support says it takes at least 21 business days to dispatch the order.
    Is it true?

        • I think you need to get off the different theories… lol. First it was the watch, then the buds, now the case. I don't think there's any point trying to put any logic to how they're shipping any of these things.

      I was just told my support 3-4 weeks since it's an online exclusive colour. Which is BS cos the red colour I ordered was saying in stock, and delivery would be 3-10 business days.

  • Just received my phone and have had second thoughts about the Buds live. I tried them in store yesterday and I didn't like how they fit. Spoke to customer service and they advised that I can't exchange them for $250 worth of other items.

    Am I stuck now with them and need to sell them unopened to someone? Or is there a way I can have them swapped over for other Samsung buds?

      • Have you received any text messages yet? My only hope is that I used a different email to what I usually use for my auspost app so it may not get tracked on the app automatically regardless. It hasn't auto tracked on the app for the last few orders I made on Samsung.

          no text message yet, according to the AusPost status it is ready and about to be processed at the factory or about to be picked up from Samsung's warehouse

            • @4kbargain: I ordered a green 256gb (21/3) and it has just been picked up by startrack. It is still showing as 'awaiting dispatch' on samsung site and it isn't on that my devices page either. Tracking appeared on Aus Post around 5pm yesterday out of nowhere.

                • @OzGardian: My message was sent after startrack picked it up. So tracking showed up yesterday in the aus post app (waiting pick up), it was picked up around 4pm today and sms sent shortly after. Already in transit to ACT for delivery tomorrow.

    Ordered on 20th March, S23U 512 Black with Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. Showed up in AusPost tracking app on 30th March. Showed delivery for 3rd April. Received SMS on 3rd April to say expected delivery on the 4th April. It has be in transit to Tullamarine since 9.51pm on the 3rd. No sign of it on the 4th. Hoping tomorrow. I think they ship out of Sydney and Sydneysiders are getting them quicker.

    Ordered Black 256GB and Watch5 on 25/03. Recieved a message from StarTrack yesterday (04/04), and today the order tracking from Samsung updated to "On the way." Says it should be delivered by today, so I'm hoping for the best.

    Contacted Samsung again (3rd time), same response "I am so sorry this happened, I am going to escalate this to logistics team"

    Anyway no progress even after last 2 escalations.
