It was my order for 512gb Green ordered late on the 29th. My wifes 256gb Green ordered late on the 28th is still on "Awaiting Dispatch"

@Misogi Kumagawa: Yep, i was pretty peeved at that. Was going to call Startrack and complain but figured that it wouldnt make any difference. Besides, i would have been on hold forever and that is after trying to navigate their useless voice system when you first call.

Just received mine today S23 Ultra 512 black with galaxy buds 2 and leather case ordered on 29/03
Placed 2 orders within 1 hour of eachother on the 27/03 - recieved one today but did not get any tracking notification not even in my Auspost app. Both orders contain a S23 Ultra 256gb in green and a Galaxy Watch 5 (different watch band colours though). Second order still "awaiting dispatch". Like with most others, customer service has been less than helpful to put it politely and each time it's being "escalated" the turn around for an esacaltion is around 10 business days if not more - so I am told.

I ordered s23 ultra screen protector on 6/4/23. I received a tracking number within a few hours that same day and the ordered was picked up by startrak yesterday. I probably would have received it on Friday if it wasn't for the Easter holidays.
They keep saying freight is in stock and has been allocated to my order, so it makes no sense for the items to just be sitting there not moving. Each person i talk to says something different.
Received my s23U 512gb yesterday and set it up. Can't really tell the difference between this and my S21U. I use the phone a lot for browsing, messaging, some specific apps; but no gaming or watching videos. Can't see me using the pen much. Good to have a new toy though.
I use a glass screen protector on the phone. I have found typing isn't as responsive on it, which can be a bit annoying at times.

Status ‘on the way’ means the order is ready to be picked up by courier in Samsung warehouse, not literally ‘on the way’. However, it is unsure when the orders are picked up by courier.

Coz I don't want to return the device. However, upon reading the email again, I realized it stated "we will charge you a late return fee of up to $60" so it may still be possible for the fee to be $30 as I originally thought hahaha

Go to this website, enter in your Trade ID and email and get eReturn label. Trade ID is what you entered on the checkout page so I hope you kept it!

they really have no idea. pretty unbelievable from a company like Samsung… the phone is absolutely great at least!

Has anyone ever returned a trade-in phone with a third party protective case for protection during shipment? My old phone has a Spigen case that I have no longer use for, and was thinking to send it with the old phone as a protection. Does anyone know if that will be an issue?

I ordered a black S23 Ultra 512 on 28/3. Was stuck on "Awaiting dispatch" for 2 weeks. Yesterday I contacted Samsung via chat and they "raised a follow-up to the back office team to expedite". Probably a coincidence but about 2 hours later the status changed to "On the way" and I got a Startrack SMS notification. Supposed to arrive today.
100% coincidence. Yesterday guy from backend called me after my 5th or 6th edcalation and he advised now my case is transferred to ANC and they will contact me in like 2 - 10 days. All BS.
I even asked them how long do I have to wait?
1 month 2 month or 1 year.
They had no answer. WTF
Contacted Samsung via chat. The person said same thing I have been hearing for almost 3 weeks - wait 2 to 10 days. As soon as I said its 3rd time I am told to wait, chat was closed. :(

My order from 28/3 was updated to on the way last night but I never received an email saying that is is on the way nor a tracking number from Startrak. There's nothing in Austpost app too. Samsung online chat team is clueless l. All they do is regurgitate below message over and over again.
"Your order is on shipped status. I will escalate it now to our back office team to follow-up on your order and once there is an update you will receive a
notification together with the tracking link to track your order. The turned around time for the update is within 2 to 10 business days."

My wifes was on board for delivery with startrack friday morning in SA. It updated at 2.15pm saying rescheduled for monday delivery as the driver ran out of time, She isnt impressed at all.
Collected my order from Austpost about 2 hours ago. I ordered Black S23 Ultra + Black Buds 2 + 65W charger on 28/3. I couldn't track this order, all I knew was that it was marked as on the way on the 13th. They attempted delivery yesterday but there was no one to sign for it. When I tried to track the order, the Austpost app/site does not recognise the tracking number starting with EF which i'm guessingis Samsung consignmentnumber. Startrak never sent me their tracking number. After collecting the order I did put the startrak number on the parcel on the Austpost app and could see all the scanning for my order.
I have the same issue, order marked as on the way yesterday but no further communication in AusPost app. How did you know they attempted delivery for you?

Do you know if they deliver on a weekend in your area? If they do, you might get it today, otherwise should be on Monday. Mine changed to "on the way" on Thursday night very late and I got the phone on Friday at 10:00 am. No tracking number or SMS and did not show up on my Auspost app either.
I called Samsung support they said it will be delivered on Monday.
They left a note for collection at Auspost. Weird part is that I did not see the note when I came home yesterday. When I woke up this morning it was on the floor next to my bed. Someone from my house probably put it in my room. Idk when they did it tho.

Finally! Received my order that I placed on 21/03. Got tracking text yesterday and picked up my order today (selected store pickup).
Now need to figure out if I can still Galaxy S9+ (traded with trade-in value $30) as a backup phone. Do I just do nothing and wait for Asurion to charge $30 plus upto $60? Or I need to call and cancel the trade-in? Anycase I dont want to get charged for trade-in bonus I received.
Any experiences? please share.TIA
If you used the trade-up app to get a trade in ID then you would have already been charged the $30. I think they hold as security and then refund you when you send the phone in.
I received my new phone a few days ago but haven't received the email from Asurion with detail on how to return my trade-in.

I got a call from Samsung today asking me how I feel about the whole ordering process. It was apparent that they were aware of the recent situation. They asked me to rate my experience on a scale of 0 to 10, and I rated it as 1 and told them I absolutely love the product, it was the delivery process that was a huge letdown.

And just checked now.. the status of my order is still showing "on its way" Just wondering if I call Samsung customer service to ask.. have they dispatched my phone or not.. Credit card charge (trade in value) stays. You get charged an additional $60 admin fee. Won't lose trade in bonus.

Same. It just expedites the process and you get charged the admin fee quicker.

What is the 'Current Status' of your trade-in? Mine shows as used and the cancel trade-in button is disabled.
@ozprg: Was there before. But I think today I received a trade-up post label so maybe that's why it's greyed out.
Its actually written in Samsung website that the bonuses maybe be cancelled if you don't send the trad in device. But never heard anyone charged for trade in bonus for Cancelling or not sending the device.
Mine was delivered on Wednesday last week. Sent my trade-in device last Thursday and was delivered yesterday. Today I received the email that it has been processed and I'll get my refund in full within 5 working days. Cool!
