Got a notification from Auspost about a Startrack delivery, got excited then realised it was just a DHL delivery for the other case I ordered.
Not sure if this has anything to do with some orders not getting delivered but my order number starts with AU230315 despite ordering on the 21st. Every other Samsung order I've made always matched the date it was placed. My friends who have had theirs delivered already had their order numbers match the date it was placed too. Thought that was odd.
My order number is AU230323 and I ordered on that date. Still "awaiting dispatch".

Everytime I contacted Samsung they said all good from their side and just waiting for courier company to pickup the order.

Ordered 22nd with watch 5 and Ultra Green. As per past comments nobody at samsung has any idea. Today I received an email saying "No worries, the new expected date is 20th April, but we cannot ensure this".
Really don't understand how a company as big and reputable as Samsung can be this useless. I'm ready to jump to iPhone..

They were happy to cancel mine but I really wanted to try this s23 ultra which is on par with iphone 14 pro according to reviews.
And I think that green colour is delaying your order as mine is green too.

I bought a glass screen protector from Amazon. Probably better value than what you can get from Samsung. Got a DBrand MKBHD Icons Case though, that was almost $70 😅
Yeah I got a dbrand case on that recent sale. Seems that's going to get delivered before the phone. And apparently dbrand have terrible shipping times.

I bought one off Amazon, unfortunately all 3 that I tried to apply got bubbles.
@Detonator58: The amfilm ones are fine with the fingerprint scanner, have been using them on my S22U. Also pretty easy to install, not sure how you messed up all 3 lol.

After being on hold for a while, they gave me a tracking number which says information had been received on 27th. No updates since then. The usual line of 'please wait 10 business days'. So no Easter phone for me…

I have just been advised that the expected delivery date is 21/4 which is disappointing as I told them, but who are they to care? They also told me the courier is ANC, not Auspost or Startrack, which is a bit odd. Does anyone know if we can contact ANC and arrange something ourselves?
I've just now ordered S23 Ultra Screen Protector and the order number AU230406 has today's date in it. On the other hand, my the order number for S23 Ultra is AU230321 which makes no sense because i ordered on the 28th, not the 21st.
Samsung must be pretty good to you as you are still ordering in this chaos.
I couldn't find a screen protector I like anywhere so i had to settle.

@OzGardian: Im looking at the milomdoi or the tersely films. Not sure which one to go with? Leaning towards the teresly 3pk as its a bit cheaper and doesnt have the camera lens protectors which wont work with the Spigen Tough Armour case i already have. From what i can tell they are basically the same, one is marketed as hydrogel the other tpu and from my google research they are one and the same.

@OzGardian: No worries, i gtabbed the tersely from Amazon. I will report back here once i receive both the phone and protectors and i have applied.
@OzGardian: Received the Tersely Screen Protectors last night and applied them to my ultra. Went on easy as. No Bubbles at all, feels really nice when using. I didnt have to alter sensitivity & the fingerprint sensor works first time every time. I also put a small scratch in the screen protector and this morning it was gone, looks brand new again.
@PAFC1870: that's nice to know! also yeah the bubbles disappeared on my end which is great. I assume it's on Amazon, I'll check it out just in case this doesn't last long
one thing I love about the Samsung screen protector is how smooth and clear it is. I think they put a quality oleophobic coating on it which is good
@PAFC1870: Have you tested if the S Pen works with the Tersely Screen Protector on yet? If it's as good as you say it's, and works with S Pen, then I might grab it too. Tia

Yeah same thing I noticed which I commented on above. They said it's a system glitch. Wouldn't be surprised if that's somehow causing them issues.

no hole that I know of, friend has it, works pretty well, say 80% hit rate, unfortunately not many good options with tempered glass for s23 ultra
@RogueWolf: The ones with the hole in the pictures made me think they actually had those holes. I really don't want anything with a hole on it. That's why I ending up getting the plastic samsung one.

@Misogi Kumagawa: The ones that look like they have a hole in the photos don't actually have one - rather there's a round cutout in the tempered glass there which uses a different material (presumably plastic) to allow the fingerprint sensor to work. I tried a similar product and it didn't stick properly due to the curved screen so wouldn't recommend it at all. Also was really distracting when watching stuff full-screen and looked terrible.
I ended up going to a store and got one with UV curing glue attached for around $35 bucks - no hole and fingerprint works too. A bit expensive but honestly just got fed up and didn't want to waste more time/money experimenting with other options.
@rain-e: Thanks for that clarification. I knew something was there. I went through that trial and error process with my last phone and didn't want to do the same with this one, so i went with the one by samsung.

A StarTrack tracking # just appeared on my AusPost account and it's definitely the phone as I didn't purchase anything else online recently (except some Amazon items that have already been delivered). Placed the order on the 28th. And since it's Easter holiday season I'll be lucky if it arrives mid to late next week. I think I'll stick with Amazon deals in the future. I just hope getting a refund for my trade-in device won't be a headache.

Mine starts with 003, no letters, and it was sent from BANKSTOWN AERODROME NSW. Doesn't say anything on the "Sent by" section.

My bad. You're right, it actually starts with EF on the message I've just received from StarTrack. Early I was looking at the one on AusPost site, and that one is different from the one on the StarTrack text message.

Yep. Mine has been 'on the way' since the 27th and it has been radio silence since. No auspost tracking, no texts, multiple escalations. Samsung is a joke. It took a week to put the order in with all their voucher code stuff ups, a week to mark as on the way and it'll have been two weeks since then.

Yeah, it popped up on my Auspost app last Wed 5th, then Samsung account a few days later. I guess Easter extended the delivery date for a few days.

Ordered 23/03 - S23U 256GB Graphite (online exclusive), was told by the online sales team to expect delivery on 21/04 as online exclusive colours take 3-4 weeks to manufacture.
That's just their standard spiel cos they have nfi.
I ordered Red S23U 512Gb on 23/3. Was also told 4 weeks for exclusive colour when I enquired after 2 weeks. I just received delivery today.
Ordered green s23+ with buds on 22/03. Received text from startrek on 03/04 that it was picked up and it was delivered next day.
One week to sort out website errors and order, two weeks to deliver. Hardly anyone at Samsung knows what is going on with website or logistics. Pretty poor service. Should have gone with an iPhone but just couldn't justify their price.
