the link goes to the original…
but why would it matter if the file was a copy? it's digital…
Just a copy should be OK. You can join up for free as a VIP member at the counter, show this coupon and get a discount!
I did that when I was shopping there and just before I checked out searched OZBargain for Spotlight Coupons and got one of the previous deals! I showed the coupon on my phone and they accepted it!
why do you guys have a VIP card for spotlight ? lol
From coupons in the past, a copy is fine. I received it as a link in a VIP Club email
what's not on sale?
So strange. I have never bought a thing at Spotlight in my life but decided earlier today that I needed to go there tomorrow to get some cloth for some photography I'm doing. Do my usual hourly check of Ozbargain and bam - Spotlight deal. Amazing!
I would also like to say that its a bloody good idea to have instructions for the check-out chick to follow on the coupon itself. Saves those awkward "I have no idea what you're talking about" looks that you seem to get every other time you use a coupon you've found on this site.
buy a shovel for the 'photography' that you are doing also.
we don't want any 'customers' seeing anything.
"You like Huey Lewis and the News?"
More importantly… You only do hourly OB checks ??? lol
Today was a uni day, Belistic. Had to limit my checks to between classes haha.
An update: I got that "I have no idea what you're talking about" look from the check out lady at Spotlight this morning. Luckily she breezed through the process due to the instructions on the coupon. I would also like to give a big thank you to that same lady for sighing at me when I doubled my fabric purchase after confirming the 50% would work on it. Cheers for that.
I was wondering whether it would work for fabric -thanks for that.
Thinking of getting a good sewing machine.
Their website sux and can't even see what they have.
Has anyone got suggestions for one?
Willing to spend up to $600 (50% off $1200)
Cannot be used on sewing machines
You've just saved Trojan from starting a War…
at least Horses are not excluded………a good gift option perhaps?
Damn … need to look elsewhere for a sewing machine for the missus
Say what? $1200 or even $600 on a sewing machine is insane!
Tbh depending on what she's going to be using the machine for, a regular machine is just as good so long as you keep it clean, keep it tight and get it serviced from a reputable serviceman. I'd suggest a Janome as I've never had an issue with them and they're easy to get parts for. (bobbins, feet etc)
For that amount of money you could get a very good embroidery machine but they're finicky and expensive to run as far as I've heard.
I bought a $200 dollar jonome.

Seems good. But I do not understand sewing machines.
I pressed on it with some force and it didnt sag (metal frame). Therefore I concluded it was good.
Ahaha
I was pissed as I went to Spotlight earlier today. Having bought a Janome from another store after looking at the machines there, I was happy.
Then I come home and see this. Great. No deals on the Sewing machines. Cant be happier. Mum is going to be escattic
Curtain shopping for me tomorrow :)
Not valid for ready made curtains…. :-(
Would be alot happier if 'Full Priced' was not part of the title ;)
What do you guys recommend we buy from spotlight. Kinda a Spotlight Virgin here.
Maybe a helium baloon tank / kit thingo and use it to fill one of these http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/59308
I buy the sheets when Spotlight sales come up like this. Usually Koo and the higher the thread count the better!
The one in Innaloo WA has blinds, curtain, etc. Party goods, general housewares. A bunch of crap, but some of it useful.
Does this include the blinds quoted by their measuring service?
Custom blinds are excluded from this promotion
Trying to understand the fine print… We can buy 3 different items using 3 separate vouchers, right? Doesn't mention one per customer, Just one per transaction… Time to stock up if true.
Doesn't mention one per customer,
It does, actually
Just be careful - Spotlight seem to coincide these vouchers with their catalogues where vast ranges of products are '20% off' so as to prevent you using the 50% coupon. Fine if you're after something small or particular, but many brands and items (and virtually all items featured in their catalogue) will be ineligible as 'full-priced'.
Wouldn't you be able to pay the full price on an item already on special and get the 50% off?
I read this last night and thought "what a negative little nelly" :P
After hitting my local Spotlight today I will apologise and agree with you. There were NO sheets over 400 thread count which is ridiculous as usually there is a plethora available. Mum got a pair of nice guest towels with her and my 50% voucher, but I was still disappointed in the sheet situation.
I ended up buying some quilting fabric that was on sale and using my $15 scratchie from last week for a discount.
From experience, I know this is for ONE ITEM ONLY. You can not bring 10 vouchers to buy 10 things.
I don't know whether you can do multiple separate transactions, but I have my doubts.
Just came back from Spotlight. Yes, ONLY ONE ITEM per member. Apparently was in fine print of the email, not the actual voucher. I'm happy with my one purchase, a Simplicity bias maker, been eyeing one of these for ages. Brilliant price from $99 down to $49.50.
"1/2 Price Any SINGLE Full Priced Item"
Remember to bring member's card, otherwise coupon can't be used.
can't remember when was the last time I went to spotlight
Can you sign up for a VIP card when you go in?
Any one have any idea on whether you can use it on custom order in items? Specifically a curtain rod they don't carry in store. It's not on sale and it's not custom made- just custom ordered…..
You can sign up for a VIP card on the Spot.
Strange, the voucher dosnt load when i click on it, nothing happens. Anyone know why?
Page loaded for me. Scored one rod set for 50% off the 25 % sale price! Thanks ozbargain!
technically you shouldn't have gotten the discount on it, but well done! :)
Bought Downia Silver Duck down duvet QS ( 85 down/15 feather ) -299.99 price for $150 with voucher.
Happy ( and my wife happy, as well) - considering cold weather in Sydney…
I bought a pizza stone with rack for $6.45 normally $12.95
does the coupon need to be original or just a copy is ok?
Was this pdf sent out electronically to VIP members?
