  I just do RPP surveys and get 150-250 points per pop, usually 2-3 per week minimum.

  Spend $300, earn 5,000 bonus points - equivalent of minimum $50 (16.67% disc)

    but Point Club seems to take it down to $470 as well , so scrounging $30 may be challenging :(

    You don't, because you have to spend cash and gift cards can only be purchased with points.
