  • Anyone know if this would fit a 2017 supersix evo running r6800 ?

    • +1

Both 11 speed and rim, don't see why not. maybe do a quick good on the two groupsets (not like you're even trying to mix and match).

The bottom bracket type may determine it to suit the frame so start there mate.

    • I dont think it requires direct mount brakes but check to be sure because these arent.
Assuming you currently have a cannondale si crankset, you'll need a different BB to go from the cannobdale spec to shimano 24mm which cost a bit more.

  • Has anyone actually orderd this ? I cannot, get the following message:
"This item is not available for delivery in your chosen country. To purchase this item you must have a delivery address in a country that we are able to ship this product to."

    • I click on the rim brake version again and add to cart.(I bought that 3 days ago) It is fine but the price isn't $480 anymore, now is $640

  • I just received mine (Rim brake) and seems no missing items.
2 x shifters with inner shift cables
    F and R derailleurs
    2 x Brake C
    Crankset
    BB
    Chain
    Cassette
    Clarks brake cables inner/outer
    Shifters cable housing

    • What packaging did the parts come in? Shimano boxes or plain?
It's interesting to see that they don't sell the crankset separately in this spec

      • No retail box/packaging except for the Clarks cables/housings. they use a box (similar to shoes box size for the crankset. the rest is in seal plastic bags individually. only the chain and cassette is slightly bubble wrapped and all pack in a big box with a few paper as cushioning. Not much protection in my opinion.

        • That's sus. Not sure where they've sourced their stock from then cause it wasnt through authorised channels.

    • Cade did one on the Aliexpress groupset too, his later video has some of the short comings.

Personally I wouldn't mind a sram red 10 speed groupset from back in the day.

      • ill sell you my sram force groupset once i take it off and put on this 105 group

        • probably wont be building anything for ages but was just saying the old 10 speed mech sram set was the lightest around and still great, guess harder to find now (and think yours is newer)? Still run 10 speed campy on another bike and it's fantastic still.

  • They cancelled my order… Pretty pissed :/.

If anyone changes their mind in Melbourne, let me know! Otherwise I will be keeping my eyes peeled for a gravel groupset - maybe GRX.
