1.3 The Campaign Period
The Campaign will run from:

1.4 Campaign Eligibility
This Campaign is open to all members of the Australian public and applicable to persons who:
- Are 18 years of age or older;
- Register for a Webull Australia Individual Account (the"Account"). This account must be successfully pre-approved with Webull Australia before the end of the Campaign Period.
- Have successfully funded their Account in accordance with our requirements before the end of the Campaign Period
1.5 The Rewards
Participants in this Campaign must meet the following requirements to qualify to participate in these reward programmes:
(a)Participants must meet the following requirements to become eligible for Reward to receive 6 free fractional shares in US securities each valued between US$10 and US$100 into their Account:
- Register for a Webull Australia Individual Account and have this account successfully pre-approved and fully opened within the Campaign Period.
- Fund any amount into the Participant's Webull Australia account.
(b)After fulfilling all the requirements stated above, Participants will receive 6 free shares vouchers into their unique individual Webull Australia account on the next business day after the buy transaction. The Participant will be notified by Webull Australia they have vouchers to redeem which can be claimed by clicking'Menu'-'My Rewards' on the Webull Australia App using their individual Webull Australia account login details.
(c)The US fractional shares that will be awarded are from either Tesla, Apple, Amazon, and Google. The free shares (or fraction of) earned will range in value between US$10 and US$100,
(d)The free US fractional share(s) must be redeemed by the Participant via their individual Webull Australia account within 30 days after receiving the reward. Failure to do so within this period, the reward will expire and cannot be re-instated.
(e)After the free share(s) is (are) redeemed, the eligible fractional shares rewards will be added to the Client’s Account within 7 business days.
(f)The quantity of fractional shares awarded is based on the cash value of the reward that the Client is eligible to receive. This is computed based on the last closing price of the symbol security on the day the Client is deemed eligible to receive the reward.
(g)The free shares received through this campaign does not constitute as an investment invitation, inducements, recommendations, suggestions, solicitations and advising. Clients can continue to hold or sell the shares at their own will.
(h)Webull Australia cannot guarantee or be responsible for any stock-related gifts that may not be distributed due to force majeure factors. For example, the issued stocks are suspended on the exchange, delisted, or failed to list on the exchange
(i)Webull Australia reserves the right to change the offer terms or terminate the activity at any time without notice. This includes replacing the underlying shares to be given out as the rewards stated in these terms and conditions with another security.
(j)The rewards are limited to one redemption per new account, with no more than one account registered per person. If your Webull Australia account shows any sign of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, Webull Australia reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to forfeit your stock rewards and limit your chance to participate in future promotions.
(k)This includes activities such as using multiple accounts to receive multiple rewards and immediate account closing upon receiving the rewards.
