I don't have research and I might not be credible but if you're looking for something anecdotal I do see noticeable benefit in engine smoothness after using the fuel system cleaner. Have tried other brands and products and nothing works as well.
Not sure about anything new, but the diesel purge plus worked great on an 80 series I used to own. IP would be significantly quieter and the injectors less smokey. The injectors and IP were probably due for an overhall but this kept them ticking over every 10 - 20thousand k's. Can't speak for the fuel additives but the direct fuel line ones work a treat.
Can these help with the engine detonation for my car Camry hybrid. When I use premium 98 fuel I have no problem however a sound in the engine starts with 91 fuel when I start to accelerate, any idea!
No.
An octane booster would, but it will usually cost you more than filling with the appropriate fuel.

Avoid 91 fuel unless your engine is ok with it.
The engine flush plus RRP at Liqui Moly website is $21.99 and SCA wants RRP $22.99. The discount is not really 30% like they claim.
