Email from JB-HiFi today telling me I can get a $700 JB-HiFi gift card when I switch to Telstra on a $69 plan for [EDIT ] 24 months…. This is probably the deal that everyone was holding out for. 100gb of data a month is plenty so get on it!

Unlucky for me just got onto a 365 day boost pre-paid plan so hopefully a few of you can take advantage. Ends 8th Feb.

    I think it's dependent on how long the port-in activation takes - some stores ask you to come back on another day to collect the GC.

  — Message at night, night team is far more flexible.
  — If messaging during business hours, type "Billing" and start messaging so you talk to the billing department.

  NOTE: Tried 3 times chatting to general help staff during business hours without any luck. Messaged at night (10PM) and got the discount with no questions asked.
