Another one of these cheap LED projector but with native FHD resolution.

May not be a bad idea for someone looking at a cheap projector.

  • Is it actually 1080p or a cheeky uprezzed 720? Actual resolution and the resolved detail these can produce and two different things and I find it similar to Chinese mAh battery ratings but even more difficult to measure.

There are some nice reviews online such as https://youtu.be/2QOLL2TvpJ0

Essentially you get what you pay for but in the right application they are not too bad.

    • It is 1080p native. I bought one back in 2021 and it is definitely higher res than the 720p units that I have bought before.

      • Seems like a good device albeit with some qc inconsistency

  • Strong review average

  • Was about to consider it until I saw this review on November 2021

This was good until this big dark spot appeared in the top left. It changes size but never goes away.

Reaching out to custom support, they just stood me up and said ‘we are away for family issues and can’t help!’ - no good at all!

Why not reach to amazon support?

      • Perhaps Amazon can only refund but not replace the unit since it's not sold directly from Amazon.

Also this dark spot issue seems to happen to another reviewer as well, so qc is a bit inconsistent I think :/

        • But review said it was $350 in 2020 and he still happy.
          And now half. With inflation..

          • @CyberMurning: True it's cheaper.
Perhaps they are trying to clear out this batch for a newer one?

I might look for another option such as this one which sold by Big W

It even comes with free screen, but seems its sold out in most of the store :(

      Ummm….clean the lense… Done.

    • Funny you should mention that. I had the yaber 5G that i got from amazon and it developed the exact same thing about 8 months into it's life. I loved it up until then. I had way better customer support though. They issued a refund straight away and i didn't even need to send it in.

    How many lumens?

  • I wonder how it stacks compared to this one; was very close to buying around Christmas.

I bought the one you posted a couple weeks ago.
Pretty decent for the money. It won't replace your TV since you can't use it with any ambient lights.

Only caveat is you can't use the keystone adjustment or it distorts the focus too much. I just watch it with the Keystone unadjusted.

      I would recommend it.

    • The hmovie one has digital keystone, which is useful as it will not distort the image as much as optical keystone.

Got this one for my Daughter she loves it and has 100" screen too I was dubious but for the $$$ and reviews hard to complain at the price

Pretty good value considering the screen is included!

  • I think this one is good value, around $110

ELEPHAS are decent for the money.
