I'm assuming this may be a glitch but 12 boxes of Cadbury chocolate gift boxes for $12 and you can't go wrong… This is for online orders not in store… In-store price is 2 for $12. Only need to make sure you spend at least the minimum $50 and you'll be all set.

I just tried to modify the order to allow substitute and it says the adjustment need to be made to your trolley and doesn't allow me to do so… Guessing the party is over and it's OOS. Probably will cancel the order then.. still have an hour to do so..

Please reach out to Coles on live chat and ask them to cancel the order given that a substantial amount of the order was unavailable. They just did this for me.

They substituted my 24 for 24 x Cadbury Milk & Dark Chocolates Roses Gift Pouch 150g
So a total of 3600g of chocolates rather than 5280g… wasn't as lucky as @neosin above haha.
Guess I'll be cancelling the whole order if possible, not much of a fan of the Roses anyway.
I chose no substitution as I didn't want to risk getting Roses. Not many fans of the new Roses either when I googled the reviews (1 star).

Just home from pick up… Apparently 1 was 1 of 2 lucky customers at my store.
They're honouring orders that got through, until stock runs out… but that's it.
Mine was cancelled.
Got an e-mail from them saying that they could only allocate 7 of my 24 ordered. Went to pick them up and they gave me 20 boxes. So on average they will end up costing even less! Thanks OP, cracking deal.

A friend bought 12 and was substituted 12x 570g Favourites. And I told her about this! I’m still awaiting my confirmation for pickup midday. Fingers crossed.
Email says none of 24 boxes available, no available substitutes either. Find that hard to believe.
They could not fulfil any of the chocolate so I had my entire order cancelled via phone.
None of 12 boxes ordered available, no substitute available at Macquarie ACT. Whether you score something else really depends on the store.
Exactly, I placed an order at Coles Amaroo and selected a substitute but nothing provided the reason given is they cannot ensure the specific dietary requirements so no substitute provided.
Not convinced by that reasoning, given that other stores are offering a wide range of products as substitutes. It's just chocolate after all, and if they were really concerned about dietary requirements, it seems the buyer should be able to mention something in the order. Anyway, too lazy to do anything about it this time, but in the future might try picking up at another location. Not the first time the Macquarie store has disappointed with substitutions.

In the past, Coles has been subpar with any of my order substitutions, this was a pleasant surprise.
I ordered 12 last night for click and collect at 10am today and got my whole order. Expiry is 09/23.
I think it entirely depends on your location and stock levels as to whether they fulfilled the order or not.
I've chucked mine in the garage fridge for gift giving throughout the year. Good deal!
Just got confirmation, 24 boxes cancelled. Even though i have selected Substitute. It says on the email, no substitute available.
They did not honour the deal, they cancelled my order. "Unfortunately, your order contains a quantity of products that are currently in high demand. Regrettably, we don’t have this stock available at this time and had to cancel your order."
