Agree. But I ordered the motherload as supply of chocolate to give out to every person and their dog as we approach Christmas (kids teachers, lawn dude, etc) and of course because shipping is free over a certain amount I opted for that. Big W isn't far away from me but the parking is like a rats nest which is enough to stop me opting that option. Not having a whinge but ordering weeks before Christmas and Big W not giving a F about updates is getting old.

Yeah you can usually get these for “half price” every week at either Coles or Woolworths.
Just don't be surprised if you don't see it before Christmas. I purchase Big W chocolate a long time ago and the status updates are depressing. "ready to pack" was the status for like 8 days. Some random warehouse interstate, still no movement.
