I have one of these too as my little mouse I just keep in my bag for when I need one. Bluetooth + Dongle connectivity, super long batterylife (and takes AAA's). It's a solid little mouse and at this price is a steal!
Would I use it as my main mouse, hell no, but she's good for when you just need one for a bit…
Well its not terrible, but I leave this one in the drawer now that I got the logitech M331 as it doesnt have those issues and is also silent + slightly more ergo. I think Xaiomi also make one that is decent and has bluetooth:

I have this mouse specifically for bringing in to meetings. Would not recommend as your main mouse, but it's quiet and easy to slip into a pocket.

I have this mouse. The scroll wheel is so much noisier when scrolling than any other mice I have, but the buttons themselves are quite. Also the mouse feet are just plastic not Teflon.
