  • Anyone know if you can get more than one
10% off your grocery shop each month? More than one phone also have car insured with them

    • +3

Yes, just need multiple Rewards accounts

I have 1 stored in stocard and the other with the rewards app. Just switch once a month, usually get a couple lots of 2k points on 2nd account.

      • Good thinking thanks mate

        • +3

Little known fact you can use it for online once and then in store again in the same month

          • +1

@garbagetnt: Yep but it seems you need to use it in that order. If you use it in store first, the code no longer works in woolworths online. At least that is our experience

          • @garbagetnt: We have done that for a long time - but just recently that didn't work. Maybe because of the order as discussed above, or maybe they fixed the glitch. Haven't tested further yet.

Can this be purchased and used to top-up an existing account? My current 365day plan is about to expire

    • No, it's a starter pack.

  • Perfect timing for me, thanks OP

  • Just out of interest does Get 10% off your grocery shop once a month mean your total shop for a (each) month?

    • +3

Just once. When you scan your rewards card it will ask you if you want to use your 10% off your current purchase and you can select Yes or No.

So best to save it for a big purchase for the month

We have multiple Woolworths mobile plans in the family so it almost covers a discount each weekly shop

      • +6

10% off is twice a month , once online and once in shop

        • -3

It's intended to be once a month.

          • +2

            @dm02: I will keep quiet

      • -3

Thanks, thought that might be the case. Intentionally disingenuous wording I think, like a lot of marketing guff.

  • Pretty sure the 365 day plans DO NOT have 5g access. Still a great deal though. A really really good deal IMO.

    • Yeah I'm after 5G access. It 59 a month. Might wait for Boost to launch their year long 5G plan

    • +1

Thanks for bringing that to my attention. I just assumed it was also on the trial but having checked the T&C's you're right

    • +1

      Updated description to 4G

    • Used to be that only the network providers themselves (Tls, Opt, Voda) offered pre-paid with 5G irrespective of expiry. Don't know if that still applies.

  • Do I need to purchase by 10th Jan or activate by 10th Jan?

    • Check the fine print but usually you'll have 12 months or more to activate.

    • +2

60 days after purchase as per notes in original post.

  • Can you transfer your existing number?

    • +1

Yes, says that if you follow the link and read it

  • this wont be of any use for people on an existing woolworths 365 plan will it?

    • No help, but Aldi's $99 plan works like that. End one, enter new code and it continues seamlessly, with data carryover.

  • Silly question but thinking of buying one for one of the kids who needs a renewal. Can I link the phone number to my Woolies online acct so that I get the discount? Any disadvantages or quirks if it’s not my own mobile number that is linked?

    • +1

It's linked to your rewards card (not mobile number). Just add your rewards card number on the Woolies mobile app and you will get the discount when scanning your rewards card at checkout.

      • Legend thank you!

  • Can we get 10% off for Opal card recharges at woolies?

  • Thanks OP. Now that Woolworths Mobile has VoLTE and VoWiFi I was ready to swap.

  • The Boost Mobile 260gb pre-paid for $195 ($250 and $55 cashback) is also a good deal. Expires midnight tonight. Can't decide which one to get, the 10% off woolies shopping is tempting.

  • Anyone know if I can port from boost to woolies?

    • Yes you can.

  • I would like 60GB more, is there any other prepaid sim card deal like this?

    • +1

If you have a dual sim phone just take advantage of cheap sim deals posted on here for extra data.

  • can i use the 10% off to buy gift cards

  • Can I purchase this if I'm already an existing customer? My plan expires mid Feb.

  • +1

Noting that you need to activate within 30 days of purchase in order to receive the CashRewards offer.
