      HODL. Profit Rising!

    • You have my respect. Haha!

    • So does this mean you can continuously activate new cards under the same person and still be eligible for the cashback? Just means you'll have a different number each time?

      • +1

        Only if you’re Jason Bourne

      • Yes.
But Boost seems to block orders for 'fraud detection' reasons after a couple of orders. I've found using a different email address and credit card each time gets over that.

        • When you say use a new credit card, do you mean never use the same card twice, or do you mean you have a few different cards, and you cycle through them starting at card #1 again?

          • @[Deactivated]: Not necessarily once only. Maybe two or three times. If one credit/debit doesn't work anymore, try another one. I don't know if they block it permanently or not.

I've got an account with Revolut, and one of the features it has is a disposable virtual debit card. As soon as you've used the virtual card's number, it blocks that card and issues you with a new one still linked to the same account. I've bought I think three Boost SIMs using that and no problems so far.

    • Not to mention savings from exxy plans that normal people pay for.

Damnit I literally just ordered 7 of the 60GB ones for friends visiting me from overseas for Christmas. Could have been making a profit off of them :P

Unless they have some sort of Australian ID it's going to be tough for you alone to activate all those.

      • +2

        Int ID works quicker

      • They’ll activate them with their international passports, as is listed as acceptable ID on Boost’s website?

  • I have just ordered the one without any profit. Can I order this again?

Do I need to cancel the service after 28 days?

    • +9

I think you just became the profit, my friend.

Once upon a time I used to search for pin to eject sim from the phone. Thanks to boost now there is a pin in every drawer at home. Keep it coming..

  • So if i order 10, i make $27.5? Who says money doesnt grow on trees?

    • +1

I don’t get out of bed for less than 3637 SIMs a day

      • So $13,638.75/day?

It’s an odd number, but the alarm is set, and the coffee pot is on standby

  • Bought two just now, in the past I've received the cashback tracked emails immediately but this time I haven't received the emails? 😓

    • max 2 per person?

      • there's no such max indicated on the website, and I've bought (and been approved for) a lot more before haha

    • I've bought three. 1x one year, 2x $10 a pop. Got three emails.

Did you do it through the app or browser/pc?

Found my app one tracked straight away, the browser one had to email for follow up as it failed to track.

      • I bought 1x on the 4 Dec via browser/pc and had to Send a Claim online as tracking failed. Did plenty of purchases during Black Friday with eBay, Amazon, Rebel Sports etc with no tracking issues. Will try via app next time.

    • I have stopped buying stuff with cashrewards offer bec they aren’t tracking anymore. When you raise a missing cashback ticket only to get rejected without any proper reason

  • Which other provider is providing free month sim to switch from boost and back?

    • I give up — which other provider?

        I give up

On second thoughts, might be better to give up….

With Australia Post’s efficient and highly motivated workforce… Happy New Year!

    • +1

      ordered 7/12 and received 14/12.

    • +2

I’ve had some delivered the second day after ordering; those were pre-Black Friday though.

I think one week is reasonable, for me they’re always sent via express post and in the letter network (so they can use automation and machinery to do sorting, more efficient than the parcel network this time of year)

  • I could not fill in the credit card details. Tried on both laptop and phone (CR app)

  • they might try to only give you a partial cashback after 90 days. thats what happened to me ($6 instead of $15) so you need to be vigilant.

    • I had this, I was going to send a ticket and then checked it the next day and they fixed it before I had to raise a ticket. May have been an error that they just had to be alerted to?

  • Thanks OP, cashback tracked instantly

  • Thanks👍 $7.75 cashback! Tracked.
Had a targeted $5 for $5 spend ending today!

  • How many prepaid sims can you have on BOOST?

    • No limit.

      • Someone said a figure between 35 to 45 under one ID from T & Cs in a previous deal, just like the max EDR allowed to bank is $4500. I doubt any one could reach that level.

        • How many until you need to go in-store to activate at a Telstra store?

That might be the more interesting part of the deal because if it takes you an hour to drive there, find parking, talk to sales representative, possibly wait for them to call the tech support line (virgin mobile *cough this was the norm when they existed.), then finally activate your sim card. That could easily take an hour.

          • @NBN User: I manage 5 numbers and port in/out often. Hiccup or mishap like faulty SIM rarely happens, less than 5% chance. YMMV.

I only ever had 3 under one ID.

  • So can I port out using any $2 Sim from another provider and then port back in the same day?
