    Buying gift card allowed?

    • no

  • oops bought one from ebay after midnight but via laptop, didn't notice bank bonus

Need a refresh. 0% categories ineligible?

      @gotyourback keen to know too

      • +1

I hope they reply before this promo is over. :(

My last 0% category is still stuck at [Calculating…] without any bank bonus.

Hey legends — sorry for the late reply!

Just to clarify, items in 0% cashback categories aren’t eligible for Cashback (including the Bank Bonus). That’s why they won't show any tracking or bonus attached.

Unfortunately, this offer has now ended — but we’ve got more promos coming soon, so stay tuned! 👀🔥 Let me know if you’ve got any other Qs.

        • interesting my order on Amazon 0% did track with bonus 10% though not sure what happens after 2months

          • @test8888: Previously, 0% categories bank bonuses tracked, and got paid out.

I only paid like 89c through the StG account after payment using GCs.

  • Is there anyway to use split payment on Amazon, similar to eBay, where gift card pays majority of the purchase and you pay the remaining with an eligible card to get the full bonus?

    • +1

Last time I read a comment saying buy something refundable to bring the gc bal down (a bit lower than the item price you want to purchase), which allows you to split payment, then just cancel the first dummy order.

      • +1

I believe that used to work, but I understand now they the refund the payment and reassign GC payment to remaining order. Maybe place temporary order on something out of stock on back order.

    No double dips today?

  • Does anyone know if purchases on eBay using eBay gift card is eligible for cashback? Under the ShopBack exclusion it says you won’t get cashback on any gift card or voucher redemption, but if you scroll down to T&C it says cashback is valid when gift cards are used as a payment method.

    • @gotyourback

    • Normally partial paying with ebay gift-cards is fine so long as you pay some on one of the listed bank cards

      • And will we get the 15% cashback on the entire order value, or just the amount paid using the bank card?

        • +1

The whole amount - thats how it always was before

  • -2

    Shit deal without westpac.

What to buy… Save money by not spending…

  • Ends at 11.59pm BTW

  • Despite paying with my St George card the tracking has tracked at Westpac lower rate.

Suppose I only have myself to blame for continuing to return to this abusive relationship with Shopback.

Recommended checking your cash anyone who used this yesterday.
