      In my experience, most cases where my orders were either not working properly or not even received Aliexpress support was rather quick and hassle-free to provide a full refund. But do keep in mind I am a platinum member as I heard that your rank does impact the refund process.

        I've had no issues whatsoever with non-delivery, late and faulty item refunds as a bottom of the rung non-Platinum member. Just as good as Amazon, better than eBay, one billion times better than The Good Guys

        Admittedly I had my first AliExpress dispute issue as a platinum member. My video evidence said it had upload when it hadn't upon checking the case history, so AliExpress sided with the seller given I had no "evidence". I opened a PayPal dispute and made a quick phone call to PayPal to say the shipping cost would exceed sending it back. I was refunded on the spot.

      The link in the deal shows them. On those listings you can click on the store name to go to a full list of products eligible from that store.
