Just be careful buying laser pointers. I bought one and customs seized it. Apparently anything greater than 1mW is banned.

It may have been .5mW previously, I only recently found out about it (the hard way). The customs link above currently says "accessible emission level of greater than 1mW".

I haven't seen an option to checkout without an account (i.e guest checkout)
You have a choice of PayPal or Wire transfer for payment.
The T&C's for these Meritline codes specifically say you agree to receive their newsletter. They send an email most week days.
You also have to be aware that customs tends to confiscate in case of doubt. So if they can't figure out whether it's < 1mW…
